Aprovechando que hace muy buen tiempo y que en casa la carne nos encanta a la barbacoa.
Ayer preparamos el fuego y nos pusimos manos a la obra.

Compré en la carnicería de confianza un par de filetes de ternera retinta y los hicimos a la barbacoa.
Para mi, la mejor de las maneras de hacer la carne.
Que sabor coge con el carbón, nada lo iguala...

Pues una vez que el fuego esta en su punto, ponemos un poco de sal marina en lajas a la carne y un poco de pimienta negra molida.

Se pone al fuego y se saca al punto de cada comensal.
Put it on the fire and take it out to the point of each diner.
Una vez hecho, pasamos a degustar 😋.
