Personally, I find this pretty flower a little creepy. The buds look like the hairy pinchers of a scorpion.
Regardless of how they look but we can all agree that it looks amazing as it blooms.
These Dwarf Tibouchina are probably one of the purple flowers that can blend nicely with other plants. They look nice together with yellow, orange, white, and any other colors that are complementary to it. They are also easily maintained and they can do well under the sun or even in shaded areas.
The previous condominium that lives in has plenty of this plant. I took these photos way back during the summer season. Dwarf Tibouchine obviously likes warm climate as they show their healthy flowers during this season.
