Hello my dear readers, it gives me pleasure in this new post to write to you about how to elaborate a new recipe for a very traditional homemade hot pepper in Mexico and that is usually used to add to various dishes, especially fish and seafood.

Entering Mexican gastronomy is a mystery between the unknown and the new is an increasingly fascinating world. I experienced that in each ingredient and flavor that they bring to my preparations.

This small chili is native of the state of Tabasco, here in Villahermosa city of the state is very common to find them in the markets, they are packaged in small bags of approximately 100 grams and they are given at a cost of 10 Mexican pesos.

This is how the spiciness is. You really have to have respect for it, as we say in Creole, because it is quite strong and for those who are not used to it, it would be a strong sensation on the palate, not at all pleasant.

But for chili lovers it is usually one of the most excellent to give more taste to their dishes.
