Today it has not rained and the day has been fresh, it has really been a good Sunday, early I dedicated myself to meditate a little, because the week that finished was really rough, and the one that is beginning promises to be equal and even a little more difficult, so it is good that our energy is as clean and positive as possible to face what comes in the best possible way.
Some flowers in the morning made my day, and at the end of the day it is usually not possible to see some of these, however, the afternoons make way for some insects that seem to come out to bring the soft afternoon sun, as is the case of this little cicada that I found in one of the witches' oregano plants.
To be able to contemplate the wonders of nature even without leaving home is something I am grateful for every day, and it is one of the things I think about when I feel that I am not at my best, since there are so many people in worse conditions and those who perhaps do not even have access to see something like this little crackling pancake.
The week that is beginning will surely not be easy, however, it will not make me lose hope that it will end positively, as positive and rewarding as it has been this Sunday for me.

Hoy no ha llovido y el día ha sido fresco, realmente ha sido un buen domingo, temprano me dedique a meditar un poco, pues la semana que termino realmente fue ruda, y la que esta comenzando promete ser igual e incluso un tanto mas difícil, así que es bueno que nuestra energía este lo mas limpia y positiva posible para de esta manera afrontar lo que venga de la mejor manera posible.
Algunas flores en la mañana me alegraron el día, ya al final del día por lo general no es posible ver algunas de estas, sin embargo, las tardes les abren paso a algunos insectos que al parecer salieran a llevar el suave sol de la tarde, como es el caso de esta chicharrita que me encontré en una de las plantas de orégano brujo.
Poder contemplar las maravillas de la naturaleza incluso sin salir de casa es algo por lo que agradezco a diario, y es una de las cosas en las que pienso cuando siento que no estoy en mi mejor momento, pues hay tantas personas en peores condiciones y las que tal vez no tienen ni siquiera acceso a ver algo parecido a esta pequeña chicharrita.
La semana que esta empezando seguramente no será fácil, sin embargo, no hará que pierda la esperanza de que terminara positivamente, tan positiva y gratificante como lo ha sido este domingo para mi.
