It is a big question that why every President election happens in Tuesday or first week of November? I don't live in USA but for knowledge purpose i came to know about its reasons. The reasons are very impressive. I don't know how many people know about the fact or answer of the question written as post title?. Anyway whatever i have grabbed will re-produce here with you all.
These days the upcoming USA President election is a trending news for all country's news channels hence one very known Indian news channel broadcasted the reason behind the election timing and from there i came to know about it.
Reasons to choose first Tuesday and November month for election
There are three reasons behind it and those are as follows..
The first reason is concerned with farmer and as per the news all farmers finished their farming activity in October hence they are free to travel and cast vote.
The second reason is concerned with weather and as we all know that the winter season goes start in November month in USA hence it is comfort for citizens of USA.
The third one is concerned with religion, since most citizens of USA goes to the Church for praying every Sunday hence they can easily cast vote on Tuesday.
As i know the election day is Civic Holiday there and same is here in India too and it is totally paid holiday.
Kindly tell me if any other reasons are apart from i have mentioned above?
