Una de las cosas que más me gusta de participar en el reto de blogueo, es que puedo jugar a subir en el DeLorean (Léase Volver al futuro) y viajar en el tiempo tanto para ir al pasado como para proyectarme en el futuro, en esta oportunidad nos piden hablar sobre el peor consejo que hayamos escuchado o visto en nuestro lugar de trabajo.
Estuve haciendo memoria para buscar en mis recuerdos ese mal consejo que alguna vez alguien me haya dado, pero la verdad que he sido muy afortunada porque no he recibido ningún mal consejo, lo que si podría compartir con ustedes es alguna mala orden que me hayan dado algunos de mis jefes. No todas las personas saben ser líderes, eso está muy claro. Les compartiré una de esas órdenes que me dieron y cuyo resultado salió muy mal.
Esto sucedió cuando trabaja en una televisora regional como asistente de producción, había que pautar a los invitados en exteriores y mi jefa me indicó que se haría una pauta en exteriores con su veterinario, así lo hice, se llevó a cabo la grabación, edición y postproducción del programa y salió al aire como un segmento extra en el programa de la mañana.
Cual no sería mi sorpresa cuando fui llamada a la Dirección de Producción y me inquirieron que por qué había grabado a este señor que tenía una orientación política que no le agradaba al Director, todo esto fue una estupidez, en mi opinión, y al final me hice responsable por el hecho, aunque la responsable era mi Jefa. Salí de ese canal muy triste pero luego entendí que mejor salir de un ambiente tóxico y lleno de gente déspota. Me hicieron un gran favor.
En ese sitio aprendí que siempre debes cuidar tus espaldas, pues a veces terminas pagando por los errores de otros y que hay personas que son cobardes y nunca serán capaces de asumir la responsabilidad por sus actos.

Not all people know how to be leaders, that's very clear. I will share with you one of those orders that I was given and that went very badly.
This happened when I was working in a regional TV station as a production assistant, we had to schedule the guests outdoors and my boss told me that a schedule would be done outdoors with her vet, so I did it, the recording, editing and postproduction of the program was done and it aired as an extra segment in the morning show.
What would not be my surprise when I was called to the Production Management and asked why I had recorded this man who had a political orientation that the Director did not like, all this was stupid, in my opinion and in the end I took responsibility for the fact, although the person responsible was my boss. I left that channel very sad but then I understood that it was better to get out of a toxic environment full of despot people. They did me a big favor.
In that place I learned that you should always watch your back, because sometimes you end up paying for the mistakes of others and that there are people who are cowards and will never be able to take responsibility for their actions.
