La aventura sigue y esta vez es el turno de Medellín en Colombia, otro lugar muy visitado en este país y que no queriamos dejarlo pasar, solo compramos los pasajes y nos hospedariamos con nuestro amigo José, quien se encargó de convencernos de quedarnos al menos 5 días aquí para conocer este maravilloso lugar, así que como no queriamos estar solas invitamos a nuestros amigos Wilkins y Kerit quienes vienen en camino para vivir esta aventura con nosotras.
The adventure continues and this time it is the turn of Medellín in Colombia, another very visited place in this country and we did not want to let it pass, we only bought the tickets and we would stay with our friend José, who was in charge of convincing us to stay at least 5 days here to know this wonderful place, so since we did not want to be alone we invited our friends Wilkins and Kerit who are on their way to live this adventure with us.
Nos levantamos temprano puesto que como buenas viajeras no vinimos a este sitio a dormir sino a caminar, comer y conocer. Nuestros amigos llegan mañana, así que hoy solas debiamos salir. Decidimos levantarnos, tomar el desayuno el cuál fué sandwich con café con leche, nos bañamos y nos arreglamos, tomamos un taxi y le pedimos que nos llevara a los centros comerciales cercanos.
We get up early since as good travelers we did not come to this place to sleep but to walk, eat and meet. Our friends are arriving tomorrow, so today we should go out alone. We decided to get up, have breakfast which was a sandwich with coffee with milk, we bathed and got ready, we took a taxi and asked him to take us to the nearby shopping centers.
Nos dimos cuenta que de donde vive nuestro amigo José podíamos irnos caminando, pero no lo sabiamos y además no conocemos, el taxi nos cobró 6 mil pesos colombianos, casi 2 dólares pero fué un gasto innecesario puesto que estábamos muy cerca solo que nadie se atrevió a explicarnos como debería, sin duda alguna puedo decirles que la gente en Medellín no sabe como hacerte llegar a un lugar explicando de la mejor forma.
We realized that where our friend José lives we could walk, but we did not know and also we did not know, the taxi charged us 6 thousand Colombian pesos, almost 2 dollars but it was an unnecessary expense since we were very close only that nobody dared to explain to us as it should, without a doubt I can tell you that people in Medellín do not know how to get you to a place explaining in the best way.
Lo bueno fué que pudimos llegar al centro comercial Santa Fé, el cual tiene unas flores espectaculares. No podíamos irnos sin hacerle una buena foto a esto, es que se ve tan genial que realmente nos encantó, paseamos por varias tiendas, muchas dirías yo pero siempre buscando económia para ahorrar nuestro presupuesto aquí en Medellín, mi hermana queria comprarse unas franelas económicas y las consiguió.
The good thing was that we were able to get to the Santa Fe shopping center, which has spectacular flowers. We could not leave without taking a good photo of this, it is that it looks so great that we really loved it, we walked through several stores, many would I say but always looking for money to save our budget here in Medellín, my sister wanted to buy cheap flannels and got them.
Hay muchas tiendas, mucha ropa, muchas cosas que solo pensabamos en que queremos mucho dinero para comprar tantas cosas. Conseguimos 3 franelas cada una en 30 mil pesos, son muy sencillas y muy lindas. Al salir del Santa Fé, decidimos ir al centro comercial Oviedo, pero este es más naturaleza, las tiendas no nos parecían tan buenas, sin embargo debíamos visitarlo porque vinimos a conocer.
There are many stores, many clothes, many things that we only thought about that we want a lot of money to buy so many things. We got 3 flannels each for 30 thousand pesos, they are very simple and very pretty. When leaving Santa Fé, we decided to go to the Oviedo shopping center, but this is more nature, the stores did not seem so good, however we had to visit it because we came to see it.
Aprovechamos y muy cerca queda el carulla, es una especie de supermercado donde venden de todo, hasta ropa. Es genial entramos allá también para comprar utiles de aseo personal que nos hacían falta y al salir de allí fuimos al Starbucks por un Latte vainilla, nunca en mi vida había tenido la oportunidad de tomarme un café de estos, así que debía probarlo, aunque escribieron mi nombre mal, estaba muy felíz con mi café y nadie lo arruinaría jajaja.
We take advantage and very close is the carulla, it is a kind of supermarket where they sell everything, even clothes. It's great we also went there to buy personal hygiene supplies that we needed and when we left there we went to Starbucks for a vanilla Latte, I had never in my life had the opportunity to have a coffee of these, so I had to try it, although they wrote My name is wrong, I was very happy with my coffee and no one would ruin it hahaha.
Por último y no menos importante, fuimos a almorzar pero para esto esperamos a que fuera la hora de almuerzo de nuestro amigo José y fuimos a un restaurante, necesitabamos comer algo sano y no tanta comida chatarra así que este almuerzo cayó como anillo al dedo, luego el se fué a su trabajo y nosotras estuvimos esperándolo a que saliera para irnos juntos a casa. Last but not least, we went to lunch but for this we waited for our friend José to have lunch and went to a restaurant, we need to eat something healthy and not so much junk food so this lunch fell like a glove, then he went to work and we were waiting for him to leave to go home together.
