Trip to Lake Como and Bellagio

My husband and I moved to Italy in March 2018. Among many things ... dedicating yourself fully to new activities, looking for work and establishing yourself as a couple in this new life, that is why it is often difficult to take time to go out, be alone, share ...

So we decided to take a break, to the madness of the day to day and go to know Lake Como together and also to celebrate one more Marriage Anniversary with my beloved husband @blancokarl.

It was one of our first rides together and alone, also with my Husband driving in Italy ... Hahahaha one of the best anecdotes occurred at the time of putting gasoline in the car ... Hahahaha in our country of origin (Venezuela) there are only two types of gasoline and well, any car can carry both, on the other hand, in Europe, there are several types ... and well, not all cars use all of them; Furthermore, you do not serve yourself in the gasoline pumps, but there is a "Fireman" who supplies ... and it was our turn or well ... it was my husband's turn to find out the technological operation of the service station. 😝 Doesn't it look beautiful ??? 😉

After putting gasoline (about 20 min. Approx. Hahahaha😝) we left for our trip. From Milano to Como (Bellagio) the journey is approximately one hour, up to an hour and a half ... it depends on the place you want to visit ... We take about an hour and fifteen minutes. The trip was very nice, with beautiful views and many new images for us. We had a great time...!!!

As soon as we arrived we were informed of the attractions that we could take and well, one of the best things in the area are the Ferries that take you to the different ends of the Lake and each of these small cities has its attraction.

This time, we took the Ferry from Bellagio to Varenna ... We took a beautiful ride ... in which I confess, the least I did was take pictures ... Hahahaha, but to give you an idea of how beautiful that is stop ... I leave you a photo of this Paseo de los Enamorados, one of the iconic passages of that place.

We had a lot of fun on the Ferry, especially seeing my Husband as an amateur photographer taking pictures everywhere ... which is rare for him.

Returning to Bellagio at around 4:30 p.m. the Landscape was wonderful, there were enough people and so they can observe it with us; Here are some panoramic photos of the view! plus a picture of the Bellagio Ferry Stop.

We arrived at Bellagio with a terrible hunger, we decided to taste some divine Italian dishes: for my part I chose "Tortellini di carne alla Panna e Prosciutto", for those who do not know it is a pasta stuffed with meat and the sauce that accompanies it is white with small pieces of ham.

My husband for his part chose "Linguini ai frutti di mare", some spaghetti with delicacies from the Sea.

As a good sweet tooth, dessert could not be missed ... !!! A delicious Strawberry Cup for me and Ice Cream Cup for my husband. Wowwww .... !! delicious ... 😛 By way of information, for those who want to visit Como and eat there, the total cost was about 65 euros.

It was truly a wonderful day full of love and energy ... !!! It should be noted that the photos they appreciate were just before the Covid ... therefore they do not see masks or security measures. (Lest they think we are careless!)

To close with a flourish a Beautiful Sunset accompanied us on the way home ... I hope that this trip together you have enjoyed with us. !!!
