¡Hey gente!, me desconecte el fin de semana pero la verdad he tenido muchos asuntos que resolver además de un sin fin de tareas en la universidad... Esta semana pinta a que va a estar llena de ansiedad y tensión, pero bueno, nada que no pueda manejar, lo que si queda claro es que no podia dejar pasar un día como hoy, no iba a desaprovechar la fecha de mi cumpleaños así.
Hey people, I disconnected over the weekend but the truth is that I have had many issues to resolve in addition to endless tasks at the university.... This week looks like it's going to be full of anxiety and tension, but well, nothing I can't handle, what is clear is that I couldn't let a day like today go by, I wasn't going to waste my birthday like that.
Oficialmente tengo 21 años, un escalón más en el segundo piso, no soy muy fanatico a mi cumpleaños, no es algo nuevo siempre ha sido así y no me gusta hacer gran cosa, de hecho todos los años es gracias a mi madre que lo celebramos, ella prepara todo desde el día anterior así que tampoco fue una sorpresa jaja, estoy muy feliz de tenerla aquí conmigo, después de todo mamá es la unica que siempre estará allí sin importar que y el tenerla un año más de vida junto a mi es una bendición.
Officially I'm 21 years old, one more step on the second floor, I'm not very fanatic about my birthday, it's not something new it's always been like that and I don't like to do much, in fact every year is thanks to my mother that we celebrate it, she prepares everything from the day before so it wasn't a surprise either haha, I'm very happy to have her here with me, after all mom is the only one who will always be there no matter what and to have her one more year of life next to me is a blessing.
Me hizo un desayuno especial, unas mega empanadas de pollo, inicie el día con el pie derecho y con las mejores vibras, de verdad que estuve feliz el resto del día, fue muy traquilo, jugue basket un rato con mis amigos de cerca de casa, tomamos un refresco al final... Fue como una de esas tardes de cuando estabamos pequeños, de verdad que estuvo muy bien hoy. Invite a un par de vecinos para cantar el cumpleaños y después de una hora termino todo.
He made me a special breakfast, some mega chicken empanadas, I started the day with the right foot and with the best vibes, I was really happy the rest of the day, it was very quiet, I played basketball for a while with my friends from close to home, we had a drink at the end.... It was like one of those afternoons when we were little, it was really nice today. I invited a couple of neighbors to sing the birthday song and after an hour it was all over.
Sin duda ha habido muchos cambios a comparación de mi ultimo cumpleaños, y para bien, he estado pensando mucho en eso esta madrugada. Espero que los 21 me traigan muchas cosas buenas, estoy con todo el optimismo como siempre, los proyectos siguen allí y muy sólidos y espero que este Edmanuel de 21 años sepa tomar las mejores decisiones siempre.
Undoubtedly there have been many changes compared to my last birthday, and for the better, I have been thinking a lot about it this morning.
