The "To register, visit" link in the article, spells out the right place to go to register (hacksat.com), but it's embedded link just brings you to another article about the hack. That second article contains the actual link to register, which works, or you can simply type it in from the first article: https://www.hackasat.com

As our lives become increasingly dependent on technologies that lie deep in space, it is imperative that we do what it takes to secure our universe. Hack-A-Sat 2 (HAS2) is designed to inspire the world’s top cybersecurity talent to develop the skills necessary to help reduce vulnerabilities and build more secure space systems.

The United States Air Force and United States Space Force jointly present this year’s Hack-A-Sat, which is open to all cybersecurity researchers who want to up their skills and knowledge of space cybersecurity. The challenge begins with a qualification round, and culminates in an attack/defend style Capture the Flag Event. It’s a space showdown designed to blur the lines between The Good and The Bad, and to focus all the best minds on creating a Cyber-Secure universe.

It isn’t just one of your holiday games;
You may think at first I’m as mad as a hatter
When I tell you, a cat must have THREE DIFFERENT NAMES.
