Hola amigos 👋🏻 hoy comparto con ustedes una deliciosa receta de galletas con chispas de chocolate 🍪 espero sea de su agrado. 👩🏻🍳
For the preparation of these cookies he used the following ingredients:
✓100 gr of margarine.
✓3/4 cup sugar.
✓1 egg.
✓3 cups of wheat flour.
✓Chocolate chips.
✓Baking powders.
✓Flower cutter.
Para la elaboración de estás galletas he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
✓100 gr de margarina.
✓3/4 taza de azúcar.
✓1 huevo.
✓3 tazas de harina de trigo.
✓Chispas de chocolate.
✓Polvos de hornear.
✓Cortador de flor.
I proceed to mix all the ingredients in my assistant starting with the margarine and the sugar. Then, I add the essence of the egg and followed by the wheat flour with the previously sifted baking powder.
Procedo a mezclar todos los ingredientes en mi asistente comenzando por la margarina y el azúcar. Luego, agrego el huevo la esencia y seguido de la harina de trigo con los polvos de hornear previamente cernidos.
Obtaining in this way a perfectly homogeneous dough and thus starting the cookie process:
Obteniendo de esta manera una masa perfectamente homogénea y así dar incio al proceso de las galletas:
I start by spreading my dough with the help of the roller and I proceed to shape with the cutter:
Doy incio extendiendo mi masa con ayuda del rodillo y procedo a dar figura con el cortador:
Once the figures are obtained, I proceed to place them on the tray and then add the chocolate chips:

Finally, I take it directly to the oven and let it cook for approximately 25 minutes. Leaving some delicious crunchy cookies:
