To make this cake I have used the following ingredients: 1/2 kg of sugar, 300 g of margarine, 4 eggs, 400 g of wheat flour, 100 g of cocoa powder, 2 cups of milk and baking powder.
Para la elaboración de este pastel he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes: 1/2 kg de azúcar, 300 gr de margarina, 4 huevos, 400 gr de harina de trigo, 100 gr de cacao en polvo, 2 taza de leche y polvos de hornear.
Start by mixing the ingredients in the blender, starting with the margarine and the sugar, then add the eggs and let them beat, then add the wheat flour and the cocoa powder together with the milk until you obtain the chocolate mixture.
Inicie mezclando los ingredientes en la batidora comenzando por la margarina y el azúcar, luego agregue los huevos y deje batir posteriormente agregue la harina de trigo y el cacao en polvo junto con la leche hasta obtener la mezcla de chocolate.
Having the mixture ready, I proceeded to place it in the baking pan, take it to the oven for 2 and a half hours until it was detached from the edges and let it cool.
Al tener la mezcla lista procedi a colocarla en el molde para hornear, lleve al horno por 2 horas y media hasta que estuviera desprendida de los bordes y deje enfriar.
