•125 gr de margarina.
•250 gr de azúcar.
•2 huevos.
•200 gr de harina de trigo.
•50 gr de cacao en polvo.
•Esencia de mantecado, polvos de hornear.
•Arequipe y chispas de chocolate.

La elaboración del pastel es como la de cualquier bizcocho básico la única diferencia es que este pastel contiene cacao en polvo, lo primero que hago es colocar la margarina en el asistente y batir hasta que la margarina este cremada y agrego el azúcar y sigo mezclando hasta no sentir grumos del azúcar luego, agrego los huevos que en esta ocasión he utilizado 2 normalmente utilizo huevos grandes y frescos.
