The training today was a good one. We worked on the drills to get footballers sharper on and off the field which involved 5 cones, 4 in a square shape, and one in the middle.
We also did fitness with the Resistance Bands for the arm muscles and the shoulder muscles.
The sun was very hot, this helps the photos in this post brighter tho! We took a break to take in water to restore energy and hydration.
At the end of the training, there were freebies (yogurt and biscuits) for the footballers and the management.
We've been receiving great and surprising tips from @charityball. The user is a great supporter of the Chary token when it was very active but due to the abuse by some users, the developer decided to leave the project for the community if they can handle it but since then no huge turnout because of the abuse didn't stop.
@charityball tips have been a great impact and we couldn't believe it when it started, we thought it was just for a day but the tipping doesn't stop and kept coming in.
Some days back we got around 110 Hive and decided to use the tips to purchase yogurts and biscuits for the team footballers, management, and a couple of fans.
We can't thank @charityball enough but only show an appreciation, the team prays for your upward movement in anything you do, and may God continue to bless you!
