Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, como todos sabemos, ayer fue el día del padre y para celebrarlo decidí invitar a mi papá a mi casa y cocinar un almuerzo mientras nos tomábamos unas cervezas y escuchábamos música, ya saben, pasar un buen rato padre e hijo que de hecho teníamos mucho tiempo sin tener, mientras comentábamos temas aleatorios yo iba cocinando y hablándole de mis futuros proyectos personales en los que incluyen pulir mas mis técnicas culinarias, así que para demostrárselo hice una comida simple donde las protagonistas indiscutibles fueron sin duda las papas fritas hechas al más puro estilo casero, sencillas, fáciles y rápidas ideales para culminar la celebración con broche de oro, sin más nada que añadir comencemos:

Empezamos seleccionando las papas, en mi caso utilicé 2 de buen tamaño, una vez peladas, procedí a eliminar partes dañadas de la misma para continuar cortándolas en forma de bastones, una vez hecho esto hay que lavarlas muy pero muy bien para eliminar el exceso de almidón y de esta manera queden mucho mas crocantes, ya para terminar hay que dejarlas reposar un mínimo de 15 minutos en el congelador de nuestro refrigerador, esto con el fin de generar una capa extra crujiente una vez que estén fritas.

Una vez pasado el tiempo de reposo procedemos a freír las papas, en esta parte no hay secretos, simplemente esperar a que el aceite caliente y añadir una por una cada papa para evitar que se peguen, que el aceite se enfríe y obviamente evitar un accidente, luego de esto solo tenemos que ir volteándolas con ayuda de un tenedor, esto con el fin de que se cocinen y doren de manera uniforme, una vez que estén solo tenemos que dejarlas reposar unos minutos en papel absorbente para evitar el exceso de aceite, añadimos sal al gusto y ya nuestras deliciosas papas están listas para comer.
