Hi hiveians,
It's been a while since I've been here last so I brought this delight for your viewing pleasure.

My Efo Elegusi and oatmeal swallow.
Ingredients

Squeezed it to remove the excess bitter taste

Shredded dry fish
Grated pepper
Diced onions
Boiled meat
Egusi paste

Place pot on fire allow to dry then put palm oil. Heat it up a little then add a small quantity of egunsi paste

Allow to fry for about 3 minutes then add your diced onions and grated pepper (I fried the egunsi first because I like the fried taste), stir then add a little meat stock. Add your locust beans and allow to boil for a minute. Add your deboned dry fish then check for salt and seasoning, add if necessary. Allow the fish to cook for about 5 minutes for it to have soaked in the taste of the fried sauce, add a very little quantity of water if need be.
Add your meat and finally your bitterleaf

Allow it to simmer for 2 minutes(don't let it stay longer than necessary on fire, you don't want it to loose all it's nutrient). Put off the fire and serve
