I'll be showing a few photos today that I took just this morning and the very early afternoon. It was quite overcast this morning but, luckily, there was no rain. The Lantanas are still blooming and should continue to do so till the first frost. These are the Bandana Pink Lantana flowers.
The Hibiscus seed pods have opened and are dropping their seeds. There are still some seeds in them though. My daughter also collected some of the seeds to plant in a garden next year and my husband will probably spread some in our garden as well.
The Bee Balm is gone and all that remains are some empty seed pods.
The male and female Cardinals visited the feeders like they do most mornings and afternoons. Here is the male.
Uh Oh! Looks like the male Cardinal caught me taking photos again!
Just kidding! He just doesn't like to share too much and is keeping watch for other birds flying down to the feeders. The Black-capped Chickadees don't care so much of what Mr. Cardinal thinks and don't really pay him much mind!
I'll be ending my post as I began it and that is with some Lantana flowers. These are the Orange Bandana flowers. Take care and have a beautiful day! 💖
