Have you ever wondered what I study? For those who don't know, one of my biggest goals is to be an excellent psychologist, so you already have an idea of what I am currently studying. However, due to economic issues, I have not had the opportunity to continue, but in that matter I never stop and I know that I will achieve my goals.

That is why one of the topics I discuss the most in my blog is mental health. It is where my focus is mostly centered and where I invest most of my time. Not only for me, but also for all the people around me, who despite the fact that I am not a professional, trust my words a lot because of everything I have lived and studied so far.

At some point in your life someone will have mentioned to you the term thought reprogramming, on a psychological level it is more scientific, it is a therapy work called NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). But, I approach everything from a more spiritual and understandable angle for the reader.

Throughout our lives and our growth, we adopt thoughts that are not our own, most of our opinions come from learned behaviors, past conversations, parental patterns, etc. From there, to a large extent, our personality is born, the creation of our habits and, consequently, our thoughts. What happens when our environments are not entirely healthy? We know people who really keep a negative filter to see the events around them. And not only to observe, but also to act.

You don't have to be a completely toxic person to understand that you maintain negative patterns and thoughts. Lack of gratitude, confidence, enthusiasm, enthusiasm, commitment, are also part of learned patterns. And I say this from my own experience, because my family has never been ''rich'' and we have been mostly tight, there is this collective thought in most of us of clinging to money because it may run out, therefore, we think we do not have abundance, therefore, we do not act or work to get it.

Although, well, I would like to state this as something that is part of my past, since, for quite some time, I have been reprogramming my thoughts to become a more abundant person, not only physically but also spiritually.

That is why it is very important to pay attention to our thoughts and habits. You don't necessarily have to be a ''bad'' person as it is labeled by society, to understand that there are habits and behaviors to change. Study if the negative side of things have more weight in the circumstances around you, by that I mean, if you are able to solve problems or if you focus on the negative.

It is not about having a toxic positivism. But I consider that looking for solutions, getting out of the muddle, reaching the result by different means, are part of a happier and more positive life itself. I used to be a person who focused only on the NO, I was rarely heard saying positive affirmations for things, until I had to learn that I was unconsciously limiting the paths I could carve for myself.

Estudia a tus pensamientos y estudia tus conductas.

Study your thoughts and study your behaviors. If you think about scarcity, consequently, you will attract scarcity (as was my case), since that thought really limited me to get or move to get things. Until it is time to click, change it and start working to really get things.

Sometimes we say to ourselves: look for your purpose and look for you. When it is also valid to deconstruct ourselves to then build our purpose and build us, according to what we want to be and how we want to think.
