Staying warm on a snowy Christmas Day

What a delightful Christmas I had this year. This was mostly due to the fact that I got to spend a great deal of my time with the people that I love most.

@flowerbaby and I traveled a short distance to visit my parents at the home where I grew up. She and I got to wear our matching Christmas pajamas and toboggans. We got there around noon and visited for around an hour. Then we went sledding. Once we came back inside we spent some more time wth my mother and father. Of course Nala the Chow Chow, Fritz the Pomeranian and Remy the Poodle were there too. Eventually it was time to eat a fantastic meal prepared by my mom. She is such a great cook and I know she spent many hours getting the food ready for us hungry people.

After we ate, my brother, his lady, and Littleton the Dashchund showed up and it was finally time to open up gifts. There were so many awesome things received by everyone. I always am shocked with how thoughtful my parents are, not only to me but also anyone else who comes into the house on Christmas Day.

There are just too many things for me to list, but I did manage to take photos of some of the things I received. This includes the PlayStation 5 wireless headset and HD camera. A custom headset stand in my favorite color with my PSN name engraved on it. A new wood/resin wallet by Carved. A Nespresso machine with every attachment and pod flavor that you can imagine. An imitation fireplace heater to keep it cozy in my bedroom. Neti pots for everyone. A bad ass Ghost of Tsushima poster for my gaming area at home. An acupressure mat for pain relief. An awesome light machine that produces nebula on the walls and ceiling. Beard bulbs for some festive facial hair. Coffee mugs were a thing too, my dad and I both got a funny one. Plus so much more.

I truly am grateful to see so many people around me smile together and just be happy. I look forward to sharing even more great news in future blogs, but I’m taking it one day at a time. I’m overwhelmed with new things to post. My camera roll on my iPhone is overflowing, but I’m not complaining one bit.
