La época estival ha terminado llegando el otoño y las condiciones de baño no son las mejores para disfrutar. Pero siempre en el sur de España, en Andalucía llega lo que se dice por aquí el veranillo de San Miguel. Son unos días de finales de Septiembre donde vuelve el calor y un día de playa puede ser lo mejor.
The summer season has come to an end and autumn is arriving and the bathing conditions are not the best to enjoy. But always in the south of Spain, in Andalusia comes what they say around here the "veranillo de San Miguel" (little summer of San Miguel). These are a few days at the end of September where the heat returns and a day at the beach can be the best thing.
Los turistas han vuelto a sus casas y la playa está desierta. El viento aun es cálido y no se oye nada más que el graznido de las gaviotas y del chorlitejo que campan a sus anchas por la orilla en busca de alimento.
The tourists have gone home and the beach is deserted. The wind is still warm and you can hear nothing but the squawking of the seagulls and the plover that roam the shore in search of food.

Sabemos que va a ser nuestro último día del año. El agua no está del todo fría y podemos jugar y disfrutar de las olas en esa agua cristalina. Pequeños peces se nos acercan buscando la oportunidad de encontrar comida cuando movemos la arena del fondo.
We know it is going to be our last day of the year. The water is not cold at all and we can play and enjoy the waves in the crystal clear water. Small fish approach us looking for a chance to find food when we move the sand from the bottom.
Pero el sol se pone antes que los días de verano, mientras paseamos por la orilla hasta el río Jara. El paseo ayuda a que el bañador se seque y disfrutar de la naturaleza que nos brinda este parque natural.
But the sun sets earlier than the summer days, as we walk along the shore to the river Jara. The walk helps the swimming costume to dry and enjoy the nature that this natural park offers us.
Se nos queda un sabor agridulce porque sabemos que no volveremos a pasar otro de de playa igual hasta el año que viene.
We are left with a bittersweet taste because we know that we won't have another beach holiday like this until next year.
