Book review. Maybe you should talk to someone by Lori Gottlieb

This is my latest book review. Would you like to know what is behind a therapy session? What if you could get to know the most intimate thoughts of people who go through a hard time?

Maybe you should talk to someone by Lori Gottlieb is a book about some patients and the therapist herself. Lori goes to talk with someone. Yes, therapists go to therapy too. A wonderful book which made me feel emotional and a true dive deep inside the human nature. It doesn't happen often to me to cry while reading a book, but this one really got under my skin. Especially the story of Julie.

The patients of Lori seem like an impossible task, but I guarantee you that after therapy, they are very different. Lori shows us the stories of Rita, John, Charlotte and Julie. Each of them comes with a set of problems. One of them has cancer, one feels suicidal, one has alcohol issues and another has anger issues. It's a pleasure to see how much therapy helps people to rewrite their stories.

A must read and the best confession type of book I have read by now in 2020
