Mi comida favorita es el pescado frito, preferiblemente servido en ruedas. Con bastante ensalada y limón.

El aspecto que no me gusta a la hora de elaborar la comida es fregar los platos y ollas. Sucede porque no hay agua permanente en mi casa desde hace como 16 años y para fregar debo hacerlo en poncheras, o sea, lo detesto.
Te gusta la comida típica de tu país? Si es así, menciona una.
De mi país me gustan todas las comidas típicas, especialmente los bollos de maíz tiernos que se preparan para los meses de cosecha generalmente, julio y agosto. Solito o con margarina y queso. Me encantan.
Comida que no te gusta.
Me gustan todas las comidas, pero evito las que están muy condimentadas y las que se les agrega la cebolla cruda, muy entera o visible. No tolero el sabor de la cebolla, solamente su jugo. Por eso al cocinar alimentos con ella la rallo o la proceso en la licuadora.
Comida que antes no te gustaba y ahora sí.
Ninguna en particular. Todas las comidas me gusta. Recuerdo que me negué a probar Sushi por bastante tiempo, pero no lo había probado nunca. Desde que lo comí por primera vez me volví fanática de él, es muy sabroso el sushi.

Mi comida rápida favorita es el pan relleno con queso amarillo y jamón, bien tostado. Si es para almorzar, opto por una pasta suculenta con atún enlatado, mucha salsa y queso rallado. Siempre acompañado de las tajadas de plátano maduro fritas.
Te gustaría cocinar o prefieres que te cocinen?
Prefiero que cocinen para mí.
Comida que te recuerda buenos momentos.
La comida criolla de mi región; cachapa con queso de mano, cochino frito, carne asada y un gigantesco vaso de jugo de papelón con limón. Me recuerda aquellos momentos de prosperidad en los que bastaba sentir el deseo de comer estas comidas para ir rápidamente al restaurante, comer o pedir para llevar. Extraño tanto esa época de mi vida.
Para tí que significa la hora de la comida?
Para mi la hora de la comida significa en ocasiones mucha angustia, porque no tengo siempre un menú ni todos los ingredientes para cocinar. Así que me toca pensar como combinar lo que hay para hacer algo sabroso y del agrado de todos en la casa.
Luego que está lista y servida, la hora de la comida es un momento de disfrute y agradecimiento, sobre todo cuando mis hijos me dicen: gracias ma!

What does lunchtime mean to you?
For me mealtime sometimes means a lot of anguish, because I don't always have a menu or all the ingredients to cook. So I have to think about how to combine what I have to make something tasty and to the liking of everyone in the house.
After it is ready and served, mealtime is a moment of enjoyment and gratitude, especially when my children tell me: thank you, Mom!
