Hola hivers, hoy he decidido unirme a esta iniciar de @josdelmi que me pareció un poco interesante y además como siempre nos pone a reflexionar sobre nosotros mismos. Hacer una cita con nosotros mismos es el paso más importante para querernos más, amarnos mas, vivir en paz con nosotros mismos, se más receptivos y atentos a la vida y a las personas que nos rodean, fortaleciendo amistades y nuestro bienestar en todos los sentidos.

Hello hivers, today I have decided to join this start of @josdelmi that I found a bit interesting and also as always makes us reflect on ourselves. Making an appointment with ourselves is the most important step to love ourselves more, love ourselves more, live in peace with ourselves, be more receptive and attentive to life and the people around us, strengthening friendships and our well-being in every way.

En ocasiones vivimos teniendo citas de amistad, de amor, familiares. Citas con muchas personas tratando de entender o enfocando nuestro interés en otras personas, pero lo verdaderamente importante somos nosotros mismos. Y es tan importante hasta para entablar una relación saber querernos y tener amor propio. En ésta iniciativa se nos invita a responder las siguientes preguntas:

Sometimes we live by dating friendship, love, family. Dating with many people trying to understand or focusing our interest on other people, but what is really important is ourselves. And it is so important even to establish a relationship to know how to love each other and have self-love. In this initiative we are invited to answer the following questions:

¿Qué tanto me quiero?

How much do I love myself?

Mucho, quererme a mi misma es la clave para querer lo que me rodea y a quienes me rodean. Una persona que no se quiere así misma no puede querer a nadie. Me quiero tanto que elijo mi paz antes de personas que le hacen daño a mi vida y me amo muchísimo. Amo ser quien soy, me amo por dentro y por fuera con todos mis defectos pero también con todas mis virtudes. Amo la complejidad que me hace ser una persona independiente y llena de magia.

Much, loving myself is the key to loving what surrounds me and those around me. A person who does not love himself cannot love anyone. I love myself so much that I choose my peace over people who hurt my life and I love myself very much. I love being who I am, I love myself inside and out with all my flaws but also with all my virtues. I love the complexity that makes me independent and full of magic.

¡Guapa! Más allá del físico yo veo a un ser humano lleno de imperfecciones, lo que me hace ver increíblemente perfecta ante mis ojos. Humana y feliz. Tengo mis miedos y tal vez me acompleje en algunas situaciones pero la mayoría del tiempo soy feliz y me gusta lo que tengo, me gusta verme al espejo. Me gusta mejorar y más allá de eso me gusta prestar más atención a lo verdaderamente importante que son mis sentimientos y mis buenas acciones. Lo interno también se refleja en nuestro exterior.

Beautiful! Beyond the physical I see a human being full of imperfections, which makes me look incredibly perfect in my eyes. Human and happy. I have my fears and maybe I get a complex in some situations but most of the time I am happy and I like what I have, I like to see myself in the mirror. I like to improve and beyond that I like to pay more attention to how truly important my feelings and good actions are. The internal is also reflected in our exterior.

¿Soy feliz con la vida que llevo?

Am I happy with the life I lead?

Totalmente, no llevo una vida perfecta porque como todo tenemos altos y bajo, carencias y también muchas cosas buenas. Pero estoy feliz porque tengo lo suficiente, tengo salud, vida, mucho amor de mi familia y personas que me rodean, me gusta lo que hago, soy inteligente, fuerte, humilde, me gusta el punto dónde estoy ahora y se que lograré hacer muchas cosas más.

Totally, I do not lead a perfect life because like everything we have ups and downs, shortcomings and also many good things. But I am happy because I have enough, I have health, life, a lot of love from my family and people around me, I like what I do, I am intelligent, strong, humble, I like the point where I am now and I know that I will be able to do many more things.
