I will share with you a delicious vegetable and chicken soup, this broth is very tasty and warm, ideal for rainy or cold days, when you want to warm up your body.
Compartiré con ustedes una deliciosa sopa de vegetales y pollo, este caldo es muy sabroso y cálido, ideal para días de lluvia o frío, cuando quieras calentar tu cuerpo.
You will need to:
Necesitarás:
• Chicken.
• Vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, potatoes, and celery).
• 2 liters of water.
• Finely chopped onion, chili peppers, paprika.
• Salt and pepper.
• Pollo.
• Verduras ( calabaza, batata, papas y apio).
• 2 litros de agua.
• Cebolla, ajíes, pimentón picados finamente.
• Sal y pimienta.
First, we pour the water into a wide and deep pot, ideal for soups, we pour in the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes.
Primero, vertimos el agua en una olla amplia y honda, ideal para sopas, vertimos el pollo y dejamos cocinar unos minutos.
Add the vegetables (pumpkin, sweet potato, potatoes and celery), let them soften.
Agregamos las verduras ( calabaza, batata, papas y apio), dejamos ablandar.
In a frying pan with oil, sauté the finely chopped onion, chili peppers, and paprika, fry for a few minutes until wilted.
En un sartén con aceite, sofreímos la cebolla, ajíes, pimentón picados finamente, dejamos sofreímos unos minutos hasta marchitar.
Pour the sofrito into the soup and adjust the salt and pepper, let the flavors combine.
Vertimos el sofrito a la sopa y ajusta la sal y pimienta, dejamos que los sabores se combinen.
Finally we serve and enjoy… this delicious soup is so comforting, my family loves it.
Finalmente servimos y disfrutamos… esta deliciosa sopa es muy reconfortante, mi familia la adora.
