We should explain that all the members of the team are safe from the virus pandemic and with our PCRs done by the company before any activity and beginning of the season, in case of any type of disease during the season we would be tested again and left in quarantine at home with the recommendations and medicines prescribed by our medical team. In other words, we are a team that works together on a daily routine and we are not strangers who see each other from time to time, we are a responsible team and despite the images this is another workday under the objective of the activities created for Team Building
Aclarar que todos los miembros del equipo estamos a salvo de la pandemia y con nuestros PCR realizados por la empresa previamente a cualquier tipo de actividad e inicio de temporada, en caso de tener síntomas de algún tipo durante el avance de la temporada se nos repetiría la prueba y dejaría en cuarentena en casa con las recomendaciones y medicamentos recetados por nuestro equipo médico. Es decir, somos un equipo que trabajamos juntos a diario y no somos unos extraños que nos vemos de vez en cuando, somos un equipo responsable y a pesar de las imágenes esto es otra jornada laboral bajo el objetivo de las actividades creadas para el Team Building.
Our team leader tries to organise at least three activities a year, one at the beginning of the season, another at the height of the summer madness to strengthen the team spirit and finally a final activity to reinforce the atmosphere for the forced holidays that winter forces an open-air restaurant to offer.
Cada año realizamos en la empresa diferentes actividades de integración, nuestro responsable de equipo intenta al menos el realizar tres anuales, una al inicio de la temporada, otra intentamos que sea en plena locura de verano para reforzar el espíritu de equipo y por último una actividad final que refuerce las vibras para las vacaciones forzosas que el invierno obliga a un restaurante al aire libre.
Although it may seem a purely festive atmosphere, it was a business meeting where the company's strategy was to integrate the permanent members of the staff with the new faces that this year will work with us throughout the season and the main purpose was to create personal relationships between the members who normally maintain a serious and responsible relationship with the customer. Aunque parezca un ambiente puramente festivo fue un encuentro de trabajo donde la estrategia de la empresa fue la de integración de los miembros fijos de la plantilla con las nuevas caras que este año nos acompañarán durante toda la temporada y el fin principal crear vínculos personales entre los miembros que normalmente mantenemos un trato serio y responsable cara al cliente, una vez obtenida ese vínculo la empresa se vuelca en hacer el equipo más fuertes a través de juegos psicológicos que nos ayudan a fomentar la creatividad y a su vez mejorar nuestra comunicación en el día a día.

Dentro de las diferentes actividades que realiza la empresa las escapadas de un día como esta última o la del pasado verano son las preferidas porque podemos fomentar el obtener todos los objetivos en ese ambiente, pero además de forma aleatoria hemos interactuado en alguna ocasión a través de actividades como el amigo invisible famoso, y sí, los regalos siempre decepcionan pero emociona preocuparse por el compañero al que debes conocer un poco más allá para intentar acertar lo máximo, la reunión fue todo un éxito, el ambiente laboral es excelente y el equipo de trabajo empresarial que organiza estos Team Buildings siguen consiguiendo sus objetivos con actividades muy proactivas y donde el tiempo empleado se vuelven minutos a pesar de llevar toda una tarde y parte del anochecer..
