Hello Hiver friends, A pleasant day, welcome to another fun painting that I have created today. Instead of acrylic paint, I used coffee powder as my medium to create this unique art painting.
In this post I painted a beautiful monochromatic painting using this simple medium. I am going to show the methods on how to paint using a single color of coffee.
Materials Needed:
š Watercolor Paper or sketching Paper
š Pencil and eraser
š Coffee Powder
š 2 small cup ( lighter and darker shade)
š Clean Water
š Paper napkin
Brushes:
š Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
š Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
š Round Brush #8 / 5/32" / 4.0mm
Note: Keep all the materials ready before you start painting.
Basic Procedure:
Make outline or sketch of your painting reference, so that you will have a guide where your painting go and looks like when it is done.
Paint the background with a lighter shade, you can use the flat brush.
I painted the first layer of the tree, remember you can only apply darker shade if the first layer is already dry. You can use round brush for the tree and liner brush for the detail. Pitting some extra details like grass, bushes it will add beauty to the entire painting.
