En esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes mi viaje a la playa del año 2020, antes que iniciará la pandemia aquí en Venezuela.

On this occasion, I would like to share with you my trip to the beach in 2020, before the pandemic begins here in Venezuela.

Estos son mis amigos del diplomado de psicología y yo.

These are me and my friends from my psychology degree.

Personas a las que tuve el placer de conocer y compartir. Atrás de nosotros se encuentra la bahía de Cata, ubicada en el municipio Costa de Oro.

People I had the pleasure to meet and share. Behind us is the Cata bay, located in the Costa de Oro municipality.

Del limón 🍋(localidad en la que resido) a la playa nos demoramos en automóvil (una hora y 40 minutos)

From the lemon🍋(town where I live) to the beach we take a car (one hour and 40 minutes)

Al llegar, nos encontramos con un mar hermoso y sólo.

Upon arrival, we find a beautiful and lonely sea.

Y conforme iban pasando las horas la gente iba llegando, nosotros nos concentramos en compartir y jugar dentro de todo.

And as the hours went by, people were arriving, we concentrated on sharing and playing within everything.

Fue genial y divertido, antes no había podido tener una oportunidad como ésta, con un grupo de personas como éstas.

It was cool and fun, I haven't had an opportunity like this before, with a group of people like this.

Al cabo de unas horas pasándola bien decidimos explorar un poco el lugar, aquí estábamos en la parte de la playa en la que se unen el río y el mar.

After a few hours having a good time we decided to explore the place a bit, here we were in the part of the beach where the river and the sea meet.

Está fue una foto totalmente natural 😂😅, espontánea, pero me gustó mucho como quedó.

This was a totally natural photo 😂😅, spontaneous, but I really liked how it turned out.

Está foto nos la tomamos al iniciar la mañana para así poder perpetuar el momento que estábamos viviendo.

We took this photo at the beginning of the morning so that we could perpetuate the moment we were living.

He aquí otra de las fotitos que me tomaron, realmente me gustaron mucho🥺.

Disfrutamos de las olas, la buena comida y compañía y luego de unas horas increíbles decidimos partir. 🌊

We enjoyed the waves, good food and company and after a few incredible hours we decided to leave.🌊

Está foto fue tomada de camino de regreso, decidimos parar y ver el precioso mar y la vista desde ese mirador.

This photo was taken on the way back, we decided to stop and see the beautiful sea and the view from that viewpoint.

realmente fue una experiencia única y estoy feliz de tener esos recuerdos con esas personas maravillosas.

it really was a unique experience and I'm happy to have those memories with those wonderful people.

The ability of the beach to relax and make you feel at peace is wonderful.

Y así fue nuestro camino de regreso, luego de un largo día, nos fuimos felices a nuestras casas

And so was our way back, after a long day, we went home happily

Amo la carretera de esta vía, estar rodeada de naturaleza me da paz.

I love the road on this road, being surrounded by nature gives me peace.

Espero que ustedes se lleven un poco de la paz y felicidad que experimente, a través de mi post, que demuestra como salir, compartir con amigos y con la naturaleza te puede ayudar a sentirte mejor.

I hope you get some of the peace and happiness that I experience, through my post, which shows how going out, sharing with friends and with nature can help you feel better.

Aunque por los momentos no se pueda, por la situación de la pandemia... Mentalmente estoy allá, tu mente puede llevarte a cualquier parte, tenlo siempre en presente.

Although at the moment it is not possible, due to the situation of the pandemic ... Mentally I am there, your mind can take you anywhere, always keep it in mind.

Con meditaciones guiadas puedes conseguir el mismo sentimiento que tuve yo al realizar ese viaje y con ejercicio físico en casa ese cansancio lleno de satisfacción.

With guided meditations you can get the same feeling that I had when making that trip and with physical exercise at home that fatigue full of satisfaction.

Así que no olvide cuidar de usted, de su mente y de su cuerpo. Esto sólo es un recordatorio
