En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue mi día de ayer, mi entrenamiento nocturno por la montaña y un poco más🤭📸🚲.

On this occasion I want to share with you a little of what was my day yesterday, my night training on the mountain and a little more🤭📸🚲.

Todo comenzó a las 6pm de la tarde🌥️, yo había terminado de hacer ejercicio de pesas🏋‍♀ cuando de repente se me ocurrió la idea de dar un paseo rápido en bici⚡🚲;

It all started at 6pm in the afternoon🌥️, I had finished doing weight exercise🏋 when I suddenly came up with the idea of taking a quick bike ride⚡🚲;

Así que me dirigí a mi lugar favorito, la vía de Ocumare, la cuál queda ubicada en el limón🍋, Estado Aragua, Venezuela. Para mi es ideal este camino ya que esta ubicada en una montaña⛰️.

So I went to my favorite place, the Ocumare road, which is located in the lemon🍋, Aragua State, Venezuela. For me this road is ideal since it is located on a mountain⛰️.

Está es la alcabala que conduce a la entrada de la vía de Ocumare👮👮‍♀🛣️;

This is the alcabala that leads to the entrance of the Ocumare road👮👮🛣️;

En ella podemos encontrar a la guardia nacional, que supervisa🕵️ la llegada y la salida de las personas del municipio. Como pueden ver aquí el camino está constituido de subidas🔝.

In it we can find the national guard, which supervises🕵️ the arrival and departure of the people of the municipality. As you can see here the road is made up of climbs🔝.

Está es una de las fotos que más me gustó de este recorrido, ya que se puede apreciar el logo de la guardia y atrás un hermoso paisaje selvático🎋🌿🌱 con nubes del ☁️ ;

Para el buen amante de la naturaleza y de la paz, esta imagen es perfecta. El lugar para mi representa tranquilidad🍃.

For the good lover of nature and peace, this image is perfect. The place for me represents tranquility🍃.

Luego de tomar estas rápidas fotografías, me dispuse a empezar a recorrer este camino montañoso;

After taking these quick photographs, I set out to start hiking this mountainous road;

La oscuridad de la noche comenzaba a envolver el lugar, lo cual le daba un toque tenebroso y sobrio🌓🌃. El frío de la montaña también empezaba a descender...

The darkness of the night began to envelop the place, which gave it a dark and sober touch🌓🌃. The cold of the mountain was also beginning to descend...

Recorrí unos 5 kilómetros dentro de la vía y luego decidí comenzar a bajar🚲, trate de ir a un buen ritmo para no bajar con la luz de la luna🔦🌜;

I traveled about 5 kilometers inside the road and then decided to start going down🚲, try to go at a good pace so as not to go down with the moonlight🔦🌜;

Aunque me hubiese gustado seguir subiendo la montaña preferí regresar a mi casa🔙🏡, ya que estaba cansada por el entrenamiento físico😅 y no quería seguir subiendo sola tan tarde.

Although I would have liked to continue climbing the mountain I preferred to return home🔙🏡, as I was tired from the physical training😅 and I didn't want to keep climbing alone so late.

Realmente me considero una persona valiente y con coraje, pero también soy prudente y se medir los riesgos y las ganancias (es una de mis cualidades☺️)

I really consider myself a brave and courageous person, but I am also prudent and the risks and gains are measured (it is one of my qualities☺️)

Aquí iba camino a mi casa, ya había anochecido y había llovido🌧️, por eso la calle estaba mojada.

Here I was on my way home, it had already been dark and it had rained🌧️, so the street was wet.

Luego de recorrer un total de 16 kilómetros de recorrido, llegué a la cima de la montaña⛰️ de mi casa finalmente;

After traveling a total of 16 kilometers of travel, I reached the top of the mountain⛰️ of my house finally;

Estaba sudada y cansada pero satisfecha por mi recorrido y feliz🤭.

I was sweaty and tired but satisfied with my journey and happy🤭.

Está es la vista de enfrente de mi casa, la mata que ven allí se llama Trinitaria, es un árbol muy común aquí en Venezuela🌺🌸;

This is the view in front of my house, the bush you see there is called Trinitaria, it is a very common tree here in Venezuela🌺🌸;

Sus flores son características, pueden ser rojas, amarillas, blancas y mixtas, es un espectáculo natural.

Its flowers are characteristic, they can be red, yellow, white and mixed, it is a natural spectacle.

Y está es la vista desde mi casa, una bajada prolongada que me ha dado resistencia con el pasar de los años😂;

And this is the view from my house, a prolonged descent that has given me resistance over the years😂;

⬆️Y está es la vista del otro lado, yo vivo en una calle ciega así que siempre ha sido muy tranquilo por aquí.

⬆️ Yy is the view on the other side, I live on a blind street so it's always been very quiet around here.

Y cuando entre a mi casita me esperaba mi pequeño Raúl, en la puerta de mi cuarto🐈❤️;

And when I entered my little house my little Raul was waiting for me, at the door of my room🐈❤️;

Bostezando cómo un pequeño león😂🥺.

Yawning like a little lion😂🥺.

Posterior a todo este esfuerzo físico mi abuela tenía preparada para mi esta sorpresa;

After all this physical effort my grandmother had prepared for me this surprise;

Una hamburguesa🍔, aunque no fue la opción más nada fue la más sabrosa😂 y realmente valió la pena ya que no todos los días como eso.

A burger🍔, although it wasn't the option but nothing was the tastiest😂 and it was really worth it as not every day like that.
