Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la cita que tuve conmigo misma el día de hoy, y mi entrenamiento posterior a mi cita con mi amigo☺️.
Today I want to share with you the appointment I had with myself today, and my training after my appointment with my friend☺️.
Como bien saben (si no lo saben ahora sí lo sabrán😂) soy ciclista🚴♀, y una persona bastante activa mayormente, aunque eso no me quita mi amor por la comida.
As you well know (if you don't know now you will😂) I'm a cyclist 🚴 ♀, and a pretty active person mostly, although that doesn't take away from me my love for food.
El día de hoy estuve esperando a mi amigo Mariano, en las delicias, una parte céntrica de mi ciudad Maracay, la verdad había salido algo temprano de mi casa, ya que tenía unas cosas pendientes por hacer, las cuales pude terminar rápido y me quedó mucho tiempo libre hasta mi encuentro con mi amigo.
Today I was waiting for my friend Mariano, in the delights, a central part of my city Maracay, the truth had left something early from my house, since I had some pending things to do, which I could finish quickly and I had a lot of free time until my meeting with my friend.
Eran las 3pm de la tarde🕰️, cuando decidí darme un día especial para mí mientras esperaba a que llegara la hora de mi entrenamiento.
It was 3pm in the afternoon🕰️, when I decided to give myself a special day for myself while waiting for my training time to arrive.
Así que decidí encadenar mi bici y entrar a una panadería-restaurante llamada "La mansión New York" (ya que hace mucho comí una hamburguesa de éste lugar y realmente me gusto mucho)
So I decided to chain my bike and enter a bakery-restaurant called "The Mansion New York" (since long ago I ate a burger from this place and I really liked it a lot)
Me senté en una mesa y pronto me tomaron la orden, me gustó mucho el hecho de haber ido sola, me sentía tranquila y en paz. Hace tiempo que no hacía algo así (antes de la pandemia solía ir al cine sola y era de lo más divertido)🎥🍿.
I sat at a table and soon they took the order, I really liked the fact that I went alone, I felt calm and at peace. It's been a while since I'd done something like that (before the pandemic I used to go to the movies alone and it was the most fun thing)🎥🍿.
Yo realmente disfrute mi hamburguesita🍔, fue genial todo.
I really enjoyed my burger🍔, it was great all around.
Pero tenía ganas de comer algo dulce también, como no había almorzado antes de salir tenía espacio para un postre😂🍨🤭.
But I wanted to eat something sweet too, as I hadn't had lunch before I left I had room for a dessert😂🍨🤭.
Éste fue el helado que me pedí en la heladería Topping que esta ubicada cerca de la mansión new york, en las delicias, específicamente en la soledad (al frente de la plaza)
This was the ice cream I ordered at the Topping ice cream parlor that is located near the New York mansion, in the delights, specifically in the solitude (in front of the square)
Estaba muy rico también, no pude acabarmelo todo en el momento, la chica que me atendió muy amablemente colocó lo demás para llevar.
I was very delicious too, I couldn't finish it all at the time, the girl who treated me very kindly placed the rest to take away.
Lo cuál fue una excelente idea! Porque poco después de mi maravillosa cita conmigo misma, luego de reposar y estar en paz un rato, fui al encuentro con mi amigo Mariano.
Which was a great idea! Because shortly after my wonderful date with myself, after resting and being at peace for a while, I went to meet my friend Mariano.
Para comenzar nuestro recorrido por las subidas que quedan vía Choroni. (todo esto en el estado Aragua, Venezuela).
To begin our tour of the remaining climbs via Choroni. (all this in the state of Aragua, Venezuela).
Durante nuestro agradable recorrido pude captar la belleza del atardecer desde diferentes puntos🌇🌥️
During our pleasant tour I was able to capture the beauty of the sunset from different points🌇🌥️

Estas son las pequeñas cosas que hace que la vida tenga sentido para mí.
These are the little things that make life meaningful to me.

(This is one of the climbs we toured, it is known as the ascent of the Hotel Pipo)
Aquí podemos observar a mi amigo Mariano y al maravilloso paisaje que nos rodeaba. Está tarde llovió, por lo que el clima estaba fresco y nublado☁️.
Here we can observe my friend Mariano and the wonderful landscape that surrounded us. It's late rained, so the weather was cool and cloudy☁️.

Es parte de la vía hacia Choroni, lugar que aloja varias de las playas más bellas de Venezuela🇻🇪.
It is part of the road to Choroni, a place that houses several of the most beautiful beaches in Venezuela🇻🇪.
Este día definitivamente fue lindo, fue bueno para mí, tuve un lindo momento para mí, luego una excelente compañía y finalmente un encuentro con la naturaleza🍃
This day was definitely nice, it was good for me, I had a nice moment for myself, then excellent company and finally an encounter with nature🍃
Realmente disfrute de cada momento.
Really enjoy every moment.
Así debe ser la vida (o por lo menos así lo creo yo), vivir cada momento, sentirte pleno y permitirte experimentar la felicidad, aceptando siempre todas tus emociones, no siempre se puede estar alegre pero sí podemos elegir hacer algo para sentirnos mejor con nosotros mismos, querernos, cuidarnos y darnos la importancia que merecemos.
This is how life should be (or at least so I believe), live every moment, feel full and allow you to experience happiness, always accepting all your emotions, you can not always be happy but we can choose to do something to feel better with ourselves, love us, take care of ourselves and give us the importance we deserve.
