RICE RICE AND SALAD😋🤗

• 3 tablespoons of butter (optional)

▪︎ Rice Pilaf Recipe Preparation Wash the rice with plenty of water. Take it in a suitable bowl and add enough warm water to cover it. Add a little salt, mix and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Then wash and drain the water.

We wash until the starch is gone. The water that comes out should be clear. Melt the butter in a pan, add the strained rice, and cook for 4-5 minutes. You can understand that the rice is roasted sufficiently when the rice starts to pour one by one.

After the rice is roasted, let's add hot water or hot broth. If you want, you can use half chicken broth and half hot water. If your chicken broth is oily, I recommend mixing it with water in this way, but if it is not oily, it will be much more delicious with whole chicken broth.

Finally, add the salt. Let's leave our rice to cook over high heat first, with the lid closed.

Let's put it on a low fire when there is an eye on it, that is, when you draw the water on it and there are point-by-point holes on the rice. Let's cook until the rice is soft and the water is completely absorbed

After taking the cooked rice from the cooker, let's lay a towel napkin on it and close the lid again. Let's rest the rice for 10-15 minutes. You can then serve it by mixing it with a wooden spoon
