So with good spirits and bins full of content and blog ideas I start every hiveday, and have done that for 30 months straight now.
Time is my enemy some days so thank god for the @peakd option to make drafts, but when you blog by phone NOTES is a great draft place aswell. I even had a footer with the line ~THE GIRL WITH IDEAS~. As I said I post daily, even on my holiday.
I AM AN ADDICT yes! And proud of it !

But I am not harming anyone and my family likes hive aswell and even helps with blogs. The kids like @lmac and photobomb. I publish with the intention of growing and increasing my diary and library of life. And along come the followers and friends. Yes friends, along that come followers and votes, but that doesn’t mean that 3 word comments like I see a lot are helpfull. If someone did a great blog, a comment with “ fantastic “ says a lot but is just to short for the amount of work put in a blog. So always try to be engaging with words and compliments. Daily we hear the question in the terminal “ how can I get more votes? Or how do I get people commenting on my blog ?”

It’s possible, writing eachother or reading each other’s blogs is a way to get to know eachother and again online can be a great beginning and friendship base.

And then your hive account, made with love and dedication, gets the attention needed, to make it fun along the way. You slowly feel the motivation and the love for blogging in general, and blogging as a weekly happening will take over.
Ofcourse there are days that motivation or writers blocks come along an surface, I know because I have been there believe me. More than 20+ months ago. Nothing is more annoying than putting a lot of time and energy, and photography work into a great blog and get nothing in return. No worries, it will happen just like an occasional downvote! I will try to help you and share some practical tips with you. They will not be a guarantee for help but if you tag #terminal I will get an notification and if you tag @brittandjosie I promise ( if it’s a good amount of Characters ) to come by and upvote.

You increase your blog reach and your future followers when you blog and engage bee hive social. Like in normal life being social makes doors go open. Online aswell, and yes you may hide behind a keyboard and you may even use an alias.

YES BEE HIVE SOCIAL. Whether you are active on PROOFOFBRAIN , HIVE , TRAVELFEED, INSTAGRAM or TWITTER ... It works the same everywhere. Even in real life. I always compare online with offline. We are not blogging to a machine, we deal with real people online, behind the screen or account. Although I came across some pretty weird accounts and bots along the way. Some are funny and some are brutal, but yes we have that in the real world aswell.

Real people with an account, well imagine that real person who is only speaking and never responds to you, annoying right? I know I can’t upvote everyone who upvoted me but I really try to do different rounds. As I am in a few communities and believe in equal chances. I do my fair share and am honest in real life and try to,do,the same here. Hive is a job, besides real life.

But imagine that you are that new account / person and you came aboard into an environment where you know no one and nobody knows you ( yet ) Are you going to sit and wait for people to come to your blog?

My advice is : HELL NO !
YOU start the conversation through the comments you can make. Always watch your resource credits, when you start thats low. For more info come to discord the terminal the invite is below in this blog.
You might think your reach is very minimal but that is not, try to find the tags you have a hart for, if you love nature go to tag #NATURE, there is a great contest #amazingnature by @adalger. if you have dog go to #petsofhive if you are a princess in the kitchen #Foodiesbeehive and if you are a princess or a prince for that matter in other rooms go to #NSFW. There are so many tags that this is the beginning can be daunting. The fact that tags are signs for people to know what your story is all about might help getting the people that like the topic you wrote about, to comment and maybe vote.

Gradually the platform gives you back love and you find like minded souls to interact with. That’s the way it is supposed to go if you ask me. Don’t think it’s a quick ride ! Life isn’t and so isn’t easy at all and blogging life and Hive aren’t
either !
Consistent blogging ( minimal once a week and more than 350 + words) and you will be visible to others. Short blogs will always loose the vote battle from longer ones. But also bear in mind that it has a social and psychological effect. Do you know the tip to respond to a number of posts before you post a blog yourself? If your readers like your blog they are more likely to vote for you too. This is not always the way it works because your blog has to be in a subject that the reader likes. Although I also upvote Spanish blogs and I speak only a little Spanish, or upvote vlogs even though I am not a vlogger. Maybe I can start vlogging this summer, I have been thinking about it for a while now. Maybe that’s my next online hive goal, gotta have goals people.

A few practical tips:

• Open the dialogue or continue the conversation from the blog by asking questions, in the commmets.
• Be sinsere!
• Make new connections yourself, through tags or in discord ( I will address that later on ) but remember your resource credits provide the amount of comments and votes.
• Download a notification app ( gina or friday are great )
• Schedule time into your personal work and family time to spend to respond to the comments you got, its nice to answer, I hate it when I leave a nice comment or a tip in a comment and no reply is sent.
  I must say these days It bothers me less, that is also because I have been here long.
  And I know we all can do so much but that’s a first thing I would try when you are brand new. Later on it might be different!
• Search in a tag that you also follow, that way you come across posts that like the same things, read it and upvote or / and respond to it. The tag list is endless. Or maybe read a few first and upvoted the ones that made you laugh, or the ones you learned something from.
• Read a post, dont reply to it without reading, that might get you into trouble and please keep it sincere: do not react and like to get something out of it, put genuine interest in the others blog, or don’t read at all.
• Enter contests or challenges. I am a contest and challange addict
• Make it easy on yourself, and blog about things dear to your hart.
• ALWAYS ALWAYS SOURCE, thats most important because plagiarism is a dead sin here. We have a lot of watchful eyes and love that because it’s nesseccary. Its a dirty job but it’s needed !
• Join discord’s there are many. Let me know if there are invites you want to get from us or if you have an invite for us to put in the info in the terminal. We have @wesphilbin who is a staff member in almost 100 discords for us just to keep us up to date. So yes we have quite a few already. But when you have information please let us know.

Again: Don’t think this is an easy ride, its hard work and not always rewarding. Again do not expect immediate miracles because blogging is an ongoing process. If you do this blogging or vlogging thing regularly, you will notice that after a while you get more and more interaction on your contributions and actually follow conversations, I promise!

So why all this, positive hive guru shit, well to get all of us engaging more and start engaging in the right place at the right time. The people and accounts that know me , know I have passions here.

The terminal has been a the home I missed when I arrived, we started so many months ago and the fact we are succesfull and helping without getting asking anything back is maybe not the best and easy way to go, but like I learned from the best here @wolfhart
PYING IT FORWARD IS THE MOST REWARDING

I sometimes get comments on my blogs or in Discord asking me what THE TERMINAL is ? and what the terminal account and discord does? I always have to catch my breath because I want all off you to know what we do and what it is. At the same I was amazed that not everyone here in the beehive already, is aware of the awesome group of people the terminal has and that it is helping all the new accounts every day from the moment they enter the platform.
Yet is see initiatives getting help from old timers te inventing the wheel and selling it like its the new best thing hive needs.
Recognition would have been nice, help would have been nice, but would have, doesn’t help people. We do, so we will be doing that.
Oh well here we will explain it all again and hope you will join or spread the word. Spreading the word is free by the way, no steem needed 😉

As @thekittygirl mentioned in a blog many months ago I quote : “ Not only can it be daunting when one is new to a social blockchain, but even longtime users — myself included — can be overwhelmed by all the activity taking place here. There are so many communities, so many curation projects, so many Discord servers... where do we "belong?" After we've spent some time here, we find our niche, dig our heels into the place and feel comfy. Newer users sometimes need a little help in navigating. We intend to help new users to find those locations after they have learned a few basics of navigating the many wonderful destinations in the bee hive.

I read some blogs this week from early adapters or bloggers that already found their way around the platform and they wanted to help out people that could use, a delegation, upvote or insights in rules and numbers on here.
Well we got a lot of people that might need you. So if you want to help with knowledge, upvotes and or delegations please contact one of us in the terminal discord or just me.

Rest me too say that we have so many challenges on the chain, go see what gets your hart beating harder, and just have major fun.

Oh, ha pasado tanto tiempo y hoy, el octavo día de los meses, quería hacer un renacimiento de los blogs de las 4 en punto del pasado. Empecé en Steemit con este e hice muchos, y lo llevé conmigo a Hive. Es mi onda cerebral a las cuatro en punto.

Mi lema es apreciado y / u odiado, pero los pensamientos deben estar en línea para ponerlos en su lugar.

Mi hora de las cuatro de hoy es social, cómo abordar las redes sociales y algunos consejos. Consejos gratis para los que lo necesitan y gratis para los que lo aman. Por favor, déjame saber lo que piensas y si necesito editar y agregar algunos consejos que tienes o los olvidé. Las redes sociales, los nuevos mundos y plataformas más difíciles de concurrir y, ciertamente, nunca una forma fácil de conseguir o atraer seguidores o, en nuestro caso, en Hive. Pero los blogs son divertidos, tenemos mucho de lo que podemos compartir. Y Hive y otras plataformas están llenas de concursos y desafíos.

Este es un blog que hice antes y con el paso del tiempo lo cambié un poco con las nuevas ideas que aprendí. También tengo un librito negro con 3 secciones.

Entonces, con buen ánimo y contenedores llenos de contenido e ideas de blogs, comienzo todos los días de la colmena, y lo he hecho durante 30 meses seguidos.
El tiempo es mi enemigo algunos días, así que agradezco a Dios por la opción @peakd para hacer borradores, pero cuando escribes en un blog por teléfono, NOTES también es un gran lugar para borradores. Incluso tenía un pie de página con la línea ~ LA CHICA CON IDEAS ~. Como dije, publico todos los días, incluso en mis vacaciones.
SOY UN ADICTO ¡sí! Y orgulloso de ello !

Pero no estoy haciendo daño a nadie y a mi familia también le gusta la colmena e incluso ayuda con los blogs. A los niños les gusta @lmac y photobomb. Publico con la intención de hacer crecer y aumentar mi diario y biblioteca de vida. Y vienen los seguidores y amigos. Sí, amigos, vienen seguidores y votos, pero eso no significa que los comentarios de 3 palabras, como veo muchos, sean útiles. Si alguien hizo un gran blog, un comentario con "fantástico" dice mucho, pero es demasiado corto para la cantidad de trabajo que se pone en un blog. Por lo tanto, siempre trate de interactuar con palabras y cumplidos. Diariamente escuchamos la pregunta en la terminal “¿cómo puedo obtener más votos? ¿O cómo consigo que la gente comente en mi blog? "

Es posible, escribirnos o leer los blogs de los demás es una forma de conocerse y volver a estar en línea puede ser un gran comienzo y una base de amistad.

Sé que no puedo votar a favor de todos los que me votaron, pero realmente trato de hacer rondas diferentes. Como estoy en algunas comunidades y creo en la igualdad de oportunidades. Hago mi parte justa y soy honesto en la vida real y trato de hacer lo mismo aquí. Hive es un trabajo, además de la vida real.

Pero imagina que eres esa nueva cuenta / persona y llegaste a bordo en un entorno donde no conoces a nadie y nadie te conoce (todavía) ¿Vas a sentarte y esperar a que la gente venga a tu blog?

Mi consejo es: ¡INFIERNO, NO!
USTED inicia la conversación a través de los comentarios que puede hacer. Siempre vigile sus créditos de recursos, cuando comience, eso es bajo. Para más información ven a discordia el terminal, la invitación está más abajo en este blog.

Hay tantas etiquetas que este es el comienzo puede ser abrumador. Poco a poco, la plataforma te devuelve el amor y encuentras almas afines con las que interactuar. Esa es la forma en que se supone que debe ser si me preguntas. ¡No creas que es un viaje rápido! La vida no lo es y, por lo tanto, no es nada fácil y los blogs de vida y Hive no lo son

• Participa en concursos o desafíos. Soy un adicto a los concursos y desafíos

• SIEMPRE SIEMPRE FUENTE, eso es más importante porque el plagio es un pecado muerto aquí. Tenemos muchos ojos atentos y eso nos encanta porque es indispensable. ¡Es un trabajo sucio pero es necesario!

Nuevamente: no crea que este es un viaje fácil, es un trabajo duro y no siempre gratificante. Una vez más, no espere milagros inmediatos porque los blogs son un proceso continuo. Si escribes en blogs o vlogs con regularidad, notarás que después de un tiempo obtienes más y más interacción en tus contribuciones y realmente sigues las conversaciones, ¡lo prometo!

Entonces, ¿por qué todo esto? Mierda de gurú de la colmena positiva, bueno para que todos nos involucremos más y comencemos a participar en el lugar correcto en el momento correcto. La gente y las cuentas que me conocen, saben que aquí tengo pasiones.

La terminal ha sido el hogar que extrañaba cuando llegué, comenzamos hace tantos meses y el hecho de que tengamos éxito y ayudemos sin pedir nada a cambio tal vez no sea la mejor y más fácil manera de hacerlo, pero como aprendí de los mejores. aquí @wolfhart
AVANZAR ES LO MÁS RECOMPENSABLE

A veces recibo comentarios en mis blogs o en Discord preguntándome qué es EL TERMINAL. y que hace la cuenta terminal y la discordia? Siempre tengo que recuperar el aliento porque quiero que sepas lo que hacemos y lo que es. Al mismo tiempo, me asombró que no todos los que están aquí en la colmena ya son conscientes del increíble grupo de personas que tiene el terminal y que está ayudando a todas las cuentas nuevas todos los días desde el momento en que ingresan a la plataforma.
Sin embargo, vemos iniciativas que reciben ayuda de los veteranos para inventar la rueda y venderla como si fuera lo mejor que necesita la colmena.
El reconocimiento hubiera sido bueno, la ayuda hubiera sido buena, pero no ayuda a la gente. Lo hacemos, así que lo haremos.
Bueno, aquí te lo explicaremos todo de nuevo y esperamos que te unas o corras la voz. Por cierto, correr la voz es gratis, no se necesita steem 😉

Como @thekittygirl mencionó en un blog hace muchos meses, cito: “No solo puede ser desalentador cuando uno es nuevo en una cadena de bloques social, sino que incluso los usuarios más antiguos, incluido yo mismo, pueden sentirse abrumados por toda la actividad que tiene lugar aquí. Hay tantas comunidades, tantos proyectos de curación, tantos servidores de Discord ... ¿a dónde "pertenecemos"?
