Today I want to share with you how to make an inexpensive and beautiful party favors with a cute little mermaid at home. It is a fun and very easy to do craft, ideal to surprise everyone with this beautiful detail.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo hacer en casa un económico y hermoso cotillón con coqueta sirenita. Es una manualidad divertida y muy fácil de realizar , ideal para sorprender a todos con este bello detalle.

• White cardboard.
• Cardboard roll.
• Blue tulle.
• Patchwork of fabrics (blue, pink, lilac and fuchsia).
•Pencil.
•Colors.
•Markers.
•Glue.
•Rule.
•Scissors.
•Cartón blanco.
•Rollo de cartón.
•Tul azul.
•Retazos de telas ( azul, rosado, lila y fucsia).
•Lápiz.
•Colores.
•Marcadores.
•Pegamento.
•Regla.
•Tijera.
He started by folding the lower end of the cardboard roll, marked two small triangles on each side, cut out. Then he glued the edges on both sides. I cut a rectangle out of white cardboard and glued it (from both ends) to the bottom edge; he pressed and cut shaping the little mermaid's tail fin.
Inició doblando el extremo inferior del rollo de cartón, marcó a cada lado dos pequeños triángulos , recortó. Luego pegó los bordes de ambos lados. Corto un rectángulo de cartón blanco y lo pegó (de ambos extremos)en el borde inferior; presionó y corto dando forma a la aleta de la cola de la sirenita.
I cut several small rectangles of blue tulle and glued them to each side of the flap and then with the scissors I shape. He continued cutting into the pieces of cloth (small half circles) and I am fixing them from the bottom up one next to the other, interspersed with colors until lining both sides of the little mermaid's tail.
Corto varios pequeños rectángulos de tul azul y los pegó a cada lado de la aleta y luego con la tijera doy forma. Continuó cortando en los retazos de telas (pequeños medios círculos) y los voy fijando de abajo hacia arriba uno al lado del otro , intercalado colores hasta forrar ambos lados de la cola de la sirenita.
Then he cut a rectangle (13 centimeters wide and 14 centimeters high), marked a base (5.5 centimeters wide and 4 high), he continued the drawing giving an arched shape on both sides; his waist, arms and contour of head; finished the details of the drawing. Mark the outline of the figure on the white cardboard, at its lower end on both sides draw small tabs; I cut out and color the little mermaid (located the back before coloring to see if it matches) and finish its details and border.
Luego corto un rectángulo de ( 13 centímetros de ancho y 14 centímetros de alto), marcó una base de ( 5,5 centímetros de ancho y 4 de alto) continuó el dibujo dando forma arqueada de ambos lados ;su cintura, brazos y contorno de la cabeza; culminó los detalles del dibujo. Marcar el contorno de la figura en el cartón blanco , en su extremo inferior de ambos lados dibujar pequeñas pestañas; recortó y doy color a la sirenita ( ubicó la parte posterior antes de colorear para ver que coincida )y término sus detalles y borde.
He finished by bending the tabs on the base and fixed the edges of the upper end to join both figures; then fixed the rear tabs to the front figure; culminated in a nice detail with a small fuchsia fabric flower.
Finalizó doblando las pestañas de la base y fijo los bordes del extremo superior para juntar ambas figura; luego fijó las pestañas posteriores a la figura frontal; culminó dando un lindo detalle con una pequeña flor de tela fucsia.
This beautiful and inexpensive party favors with a cute little mermaid; It is an excellent idea that we can do at home, with materials that we have on hand and turn them into this beautiful and original detail.
