Finding positivity on The Internet - Social media Version

I'd be crazy to think that the Internet hasn't influenced how I see life in general, but let's not go there just yet.

Virtually every social media platform has given us reasons not to be our true selves. Personally, I seem to have drifted away from everything that isn't real - Social media standards.

I'm constantly longing for a safe space, miles away from the toxicity of Twitter, especially. This platform didn't only grow to be one of the most used social platforms in Nigeria, it became the most toxic place to find yourself.
A lot of people maintain their profiles only because it's also a great place to reach customers.

Despite my distaste for the negativity and toxicity on the platform, it's the easiest place to connect with people.

If you aren't monetising your time on the platform, you should at least follow smart and intelligent people. By their tweets and posts you shall know them.
