A veces no nos damos cuenta de como las creencias que nos inculcaron desde niño nos condicionan, de tal manera que aún siendo adultos con toda la independencia que el universo nos ha otorgado seguimos encadenados a fantasmas del pasado.

Este pensamiento lo tuve presente durante el día de hoy ya que es mi cumpleaños y crecí en un hogar donde por motivos religiosos no se celebraban los cumpleaños, se que es extraño pero aunque ahora mi forma de pensar ha cambiado a veces esas creencias nos persiguen como un fantasma y hasta ahora nunca celebro el día de mi cumpleaños. Sin embargo mis amigos de @rutablockchain son un sistema de apoyo para mi no solo en temas sobre Hive sino en temas de la vida misma, agradezco todas sus felicitaciones, apoyo incondicional y por la motivación que me dieron hoy para disfrutar mi día y aunque estamos claros que es imposible realizar una celebración por la cuarentena si es posible pasar un buen rato y celebrar la vida, por eso quiero compartir uno de los gustos que me di a mi misma junto con mi pareja en celebración de mi nacimiento

Sometimes we do not realize how the beliefs that were instilled in us as children condition us, so that even as adults with all the independence that the universe gives us we are still chained to ghosts of the past.

This thought I had during today since it is my birthday and I grew up in a home where for religious reasons birthdays were not celebrated, I know it is strange but although now my way of thinking has changed sometimes those beliefs follow you like a ghost and so far I never celebrate my birthday. However my friends of @rutablockchain are a support system for me not only in issues about Hive but in issues of life itself, I appreciate all your congratulations, unconditional support and for the motivation they gave me today to enjoy my day and although we are clear that it is impossible to make a celebration for the quarantine if it is possible to have a good time and celebrate life, so I want to share one of the treats I gave myself along with my partner in celebration of my birth.

Un sencillo cóctel de cerveza

A simple beer cocktail

●-1 Sobre se jugó de parchita
●-Jarabe de Frambuesa

●-1 Beer
●-1 Envelope played of parchita.
●-Raspberry Syrup

La preparación es muy sencilla.
Preparamos el jugo de parchita una pequeña porción en la cantidad de agua en proporción para que quede bien concentrado.

The preparation is very simple.
We prepare the parchita juice a small portion in the amount of water in proportion so that it is well concentrated.

En una copa o vaso agregamos una cucharada del jarabe de Frambuesa, luego añadimos un poco del jugo de parchita ya preparado y finalmente la cerveza, removemos y listo, a disfrutar de un rico cóctel.

Debo decir que el sabor es maravilloso, el cítrico, lo efervescente de la cerveza, es un viaje de sabor.

Me alegra haberme dado el permiso a mi misma para sentirme feliz, aún en una situación como la que atravesamos es importante sacar un poco de tiempo para nosotros mismos y para disfrutar, no sabemos cuánto tiempo durará esta cuarentena pero nuestras vidas no están en pausa, los días corren y la vida continúa así que mientras tanto planeo seguir el ritmo. In a glass we add a spoonful of raspberry syrup, then add some of the parchita juice already prepared and finally the beer, stir and ready, to enjoy a delicious cocktail.

I must say that the taste is wonderful, the citrus, the effervescence of the beer, it is a journey of flavor.

I'm glad I gave myself permission to feel happy, even in a situation like the one we are going through it is important to take some time for ourselves and to enjoy, we don't know how long this quarantine will last but our lives are not on pause, the days are running and life goes on so in the meantime I plan to keep up the pace.
