Permítanme presentarme, Mi nombre es Ayleen Ron tengo 31 años de edad, nací en Caracas, criada por mis abuelos ya que mi madre trabajaba y mi padre nunca lo conocí, luego de cumplir la mayoría de edad me mudé con mi madre hasta su fallecimiento. Actualmente tengo una linda familia conformada por mi esposo y mi hija de 4 años de edad llamada Miranda. Mi abuela tiene una enfermedad llamada Alzheimer un nombre difícil para una enfermedad compleja, para los que no conocen esta patología les puedo decir que afecta las partes del cerebro que controlan el pensamiento, la memoria, el lenguaje y las emociones de una persona. Es muy triste ver como un ser querido está pero a la vez no lo está, como se les olvida quien eres, que hicimos ayer, es como vivir el día a día sin recuerdo alguno. Solo respira y camina a tu lado sin saber a dónde va.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Ayleen Ron I am 31 years old, I was born in Caracas, raised by my grandparents since my mother worked and I never knew my father, after I came of age I moved in with my mother until she passed away. I currently have a beautiful family made up of my husband and my 4 year old daughter named Miranda. My grandmother has a disease called Alzheimer's, a difficult name for a complex disease, for those who do not know this pathology I can tell you that it affects the parts of the brain that control the thinking, memory, language and emotions of a person. It is very sad to see how a loved one is but at the same time is not, how they forget who you are, what we did yesterday, it is like living day by day without any memory. Just breathe and walk by your side without knowing where it goes.

Debo decirles que cuando tenía 26 años mi mamá falleció a causa de un cáncer muy silencioso llamada Leucemia solo duró un mes en cama parecía que iba a salir de esa terrible enfermedad pero se complicó, la recuerdo como si fuese ayer, a los días de su partida me tocó defender mi tesis llamada ¨Análisis de la Motivación Organizacional y sus Incidencias en el Desempeño Laboral en las Empresas¨, lo logré, me gradué en TSU en Administración de Empresas, a los 27 años boom sorpresa salí en estado en Diciembre y fue como un regalo enviado por Dios, como diciendo tranquila que esta tristeza mermará un poco con la llegada de una nueva vida.
I must tell you that when I was 26 years old my mother died of a very silent cancer called Leukemia, she only lasted a month in bed, it seemed that she was going to get out of that terrible disease but it got complicated, I remember her as if it was yesterday, a few days after her departure I had to defend my thesis called "Analysis of Organizational Motivation and its Impact on Work Performance in Companies", I did it, I graduated in TSU in Business Administration, at 27 years old, boom surprise I left in state in December and it was like a gift sent by God, as if saying calmly that this sadness will diminish a little with the arrival of a new life.
Así fue, tengo una niña hermosa a pesar de la felicidad también debo decirle que tener hijo no es nada fácil, me tocó junto con mi esposo criar a nuestra pequeña Miranda sin experiencia alguna, recuerdo el primer dia que llegamos a casa no dormimos nada tratando de calmar el llanto de la niña, pues no sabíamos ni cargarla ni como sacarle los gases, mucho menos bañarla, sin embargo, siempre tuvimos el amor, la disposición y la obligación de aprender dia a dia, pocas personas te hablan de esos primeros días luego del nacimiento de un bebé pues implica muchos desvelos, cuidados, limpieza de los biberones, y lo más difícil para las mujeres el amamantar, se requiere de una conexión entre el bebé y la madre, eso es único, placentero, es como si al mirarnos entendiéramos lo que sentimos y lo que queremos uno del otro, gracias a Dios lo logramos ya nuestra niña tiene 4 años de edad es super inteligente, alegre, sana, capaz y con un carácter único (risa).
That's how it was, I have a beautiful little girl, despite the happiness I must also tell you that having a child is not easy, I had to raise our little Miranda with my husband without any experience, I remember the first day we got home we did not sleep at all trying to calm the crying of the child, because we did not know how to hold her or how to take her gases out, much less bath her, however, we always had the love, the willingness and the obligation to learn day to day, Few people talk about those first days after the birth of a baby because it involves many sleepless nights, care, cleaning the bottles, and the most difficult for women to breastfeed, it requires a connection between the baby and the mother, that is unique, pleasant, it is as if looking at each other we understand what we feel and what we want from each other, thank God we did it and our girl is 4 years old is super smart, cheerful, healthy, capable and with a unique character (laughter).

Mi blog tratará sobre la elaboración de Arreglos en Globos para cumpleaños, bodas, bautizos, bienvenidas y baby shower, esto es en realidad un arte el cual se le dedica tiempo, amor, ideas incluso para nuestras propias celebraciones, o si quieres regalar un detalle para algún amigo, tras la cuarentena me surgió esta idea, pues entendí que las reuniones familiares o con amistades ya no se podían realizar y dije, que tal si ofrezco arreglos en globos, será un detalle inolvidable y una manera de alegrar incluso para aquellas personas que se encuentran lejos y quieren tener un detalle único para ese familiar o amigo que se encuentren en Venezuela, es una manera de decir aquí estoy siempre te recuerdo, y funcionó, incluso es uno de mis trabajos actualmente, más adelante me gustaría explicarles cómo hacerlos paso a paso. Debo agradecerle a mi cuñado Roger por el apoyo en este nuevo emprendimiento.

También quisiera hablarles sobre la Depilación Corporal con cera, fue un curso que realice en la cual aprendí técnicas de Epilación en cejas, bozo, axilas, piernas, que consiste en extraer el vello desde el folículo piloso permitiendo su desaparición por 20 días aproximadamente. Fue una gran experiencia para mi y beneficioso ya que me permitió en los tiempos de cuarentena mantenerme fresca, con una piel suave y lisa. También como dice el dicho para ser bella hay que ver estrellas!
I would also like to talk about Body Waxing, it was a course I took in which I learned Epilation techniques in eyebrows, bozo, armpits, legs, which consists of removing the hair from the hair follicle allowing its disappearance for about 20 days. It was a great experience for me and beneficial because it allowed me to stay fresh, with a soft and smooth skin during the quarantine period. Also, as the saying goes, to be beautiful you have to see stars!

Mi pasatiempo favorito es el deporte, luego de mi embarazo sumado a la cuarentena subí mucho de peso, gracias a las actividades físicas he logrado bajar 8 kilos en 2 meses y medio y guaooo. He aprendido mucho sobre este tema. Lo más importante para lograr este objetivo es la alimentación como primera herramienta, luego vienen las actividades físicas para el fortalecimiento de los músculos. Les puedo decir que gracias a este logro, mi autoestima subió, duermo mejor, mi alimentación es más sana, mi piel es más bonita. Fue muy duro para mi ya que comencé con mi dieta en el mes de diciembre fecha en la que todos sabemos que es donde más calorías consumimos. (hallacas, pan de jamón, ensaladas y el famoso pernil).
My favorite hobby is sports. After my pregnancy added to the quarantine I gained a lot of weight, thanks to physical activities I have managed to lose 8 kilos in 2 months and a half and guaooo. I have learned a lot about this subject. The most important thing to achieve this goal is food as the first tool, then come the physical activities to strengthen the muscles. I can tell you that thanks to this achievement, my self-esteem went up, I sleep better, my diet is healthier, my skin is more beautiful. It was very hard for me since I started my diet in the month of December, a date in which we all know is when we consume more calories. (hallacas, ham bread, salads and the famous pernil).
Puede ser que al principio cueste mucho acostumbrarse a una nueva rutina pero les aseguro que cuando trabajamos con la mente y el corazón esto se puede lograr, una buena alimentación es la clave del éxito.
It may take a lot of getting used to a new routine at first, but I assure you that when we work with the mind and the heart this can be achieved, a good diet is the key to success.

Gracias al sector donde vivo, gozo de una hermosa naturaleza, que me permite practicar deportes al aire libre, disfruto de la vista al avila, se ve muchos perezosos, pajaritos, ardillas, y en algunas ocasiones aparecen serpientes, gracias a Dios no las he visto aun (risa), es encantador. algunos deportes realizados como el boxeo me ayudan a drenar cualquier estrés que tenga, no solo eso sino que me permite conectarme con la naturaleza, sentir el aire, el sol y la tierra es gratificante. La felicidad no tiene precio.
Thanks to the area where I live, I enjoy a beautiful nature, which allows me to practice outdoor sports, I enjoy the view of the Avila, I see many sloths, birds, squirrels, and sometimes snakes appear, thank God I have not seen them yet (laugh), it is lovely. Some sports like boxing help me drain any stress I have, not only that but it allows me to connect with nature, feel the air, the sun and the earth is rewarding. Happiness is priceless.
Quiero decirles que estuve investigando sobre los osos perezosos ya que como les comente se ven mucho por aquí, descubrí que el motivo por lo cual son lentos es para pasar por desapercibidos, con esto evitan ser descubiertos por sus depredadores como por ejemplo el Águila, y no solo eso, otras de las razones de su lentitud es porque su alimento favorito son las hojas, las cuales proporcionan poco nutrientes y energía, su metabolismo es lento. Puedo decirles que aquí donde vivo es muy respetado los animales por toda la comunidad, esto me llena de alegría pues me gustan mucho los animales.
I want to tell you that I was investigating about the sloth bears since as I told you they are seen a lot around here, I discovered that the reason why they are slow is to go unnoticed, with this they avoid being discovered by their predators such as the eagle, and not only that, other reasons for their slowness is because their favorite food is leaves, which provide little nutrients and energy, their metabolism is slow. I can tell you that here where I live the animals are very respected by the whole community, this fills me with joy because I like animals very much.

Para finalizar mi Post quiero decirles que he aprendido mucho a mis 31 años me encanta investigar, siempre pensando en positivo, conectando mente y cuerpo, se logran cumplir las metas que se quiera, amarnos incondicionalmente, por el solo hecho de pertenecer a este planeta te hace valioso, fuerte y capaz ( capaz de crear, de disfrutar sanamente, aprender, idear y diseñar). Al colocarnos metas con disciplina, se puede cumplir los objetivos trazados. Lo mejor está por venir.
To end my post I want to tell you that I have learned a lot at my 31 years I love to investigate, always thinking positive, connecting mind and body, you can achieve the goals you want, love unconditionally, just by belonging to this planet makes you valuable, strong and capable (able to create, to enjoy healthy, learn, devise and design). By setting goals with discipline, we can achieve our objectives. The best is yet to come.
