Hola linda comunidad, el día de hoy me uno a esta iniciativa creada por @mayvil, agradezco a @naty16 por la invitación para responder a las siguientes preguntas.
Hello nice community, today I join this initiative created by @mayvil, I thank @naty16 for the invitation to answer the following questions.
1.- ¿Tienes una ballena Favorita?- si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué / Do you have a favorite whale - if the answer is yes, explain why.
Si tengo muchas ballenas favoritas, empezando por @appreciator que me dio su apoyo desde que comencé a crear contenidos, @rocky1
@ocd @curie @ocdb @blocktrades @trafalgar son sin duda unas grandiosas ballenas que apoyan los contenidos creados por cada usuario, son una gran fortaleza para las distintas comunidades, la motivación es tan importante, hoy en día siento que puedo mostrar talentos que estaban apagados por distintos motivos de la vida.
Yes I have many favorite whales, starting with @appreciator who gave me his support since I started to create content, @rocky1
@ocd @curie @ocdb @blocktrades @trafalgar are undoubtedly great whales that support the content created by each user, they are a great strength for the different communities, motivation is so important, today I feel that I can show talents that were off for different reasons of life.
2.- ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena que sería lo primero que harías? / If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
Lo primero que haría es apoyar a las personas que le dedican tiempo a la elaboración de diseños, bien sea maquillaje, construcción, dibujo, porque no es solo el escribir, sino que implica tiempo para la creación y luego tiempo para la escritura, también apoyaría aquellos que publican diariamente, por la constancia, dedicación que tienen, aquí he visto a muchas personas talentosas; por ultimo apoyaría a las personas que muestran su marca personal, porque saben lo que quieren y a donde quieren llegar.
The first thing I would do is to support people who dedicate time to the development of designs, either makeup, construction, drawing, because it is not just writing, but it involves time for creation and then time for writing, I would also support those who publish daily, for the perseverance, dedication they have, here I have seen many talented people; finally I would support people who show their personal brand, because they know what they want and where they want to go.

3.- ¿Siendo una ballena apoyarías a alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario? / Being a whale would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
Apoyaría los proyectos que tienen constancia y que valoran no solo monetariamente, sino a través de comentarios positivos que impulsan la motivación intrínseca tan importante para el ser humano, es importante mantener viva la plataforma, apoyando las iniciativas creadas en las distintas comunidades. apoyaría proyectos que ayudarían a muchos venezolanos por ejemplo @discovery-it, realizó un concurso para ayudar a los venezolanos, y me pareció magnifico ciertamente el salario mensual no cubre las necesidades alimenticias, siento que es un gran aporte. Por supuesto que también apoyaría el esfuerzo, dedicación y constancia que realiza cada hivers por crear contenidos diariamente.
I would support projects that have constancy and that value not only monetarily, but through positive comments that drive the intrinsic motivation so important for human beings, it is important to keep the platform alive, supporting the initiatives created in the different communities. I would support projects that would help many Venezuelans for example @discovery-it, held a contest to help Venezuelans, and I thought it was great certainly the monthly salary does not cover the food needs, I feel it is a great contribution. Of course I would also support the effort, dedication and perseverance of each hivers to create content on a daily basis.
4.- Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra blockchain? / Which users do you consider to be the next dolphins within our blockchain?
Unas de mis favoritas es @tibaire sin duda alguna me apoyó desde el principio, es una excelente diseñadora de amigurumis, por cierto aun conservo el conejito verde que le realizó a mi hija cuando estaba enfermita, también tengo el gusto de encontrar, @inici-arte por posicionar su marca personal, realiza trabajos estupendos en agujas. @ambarvegas por su creatividad y apoyo a las distintas comunidades @naty16 por su constancia en la plataforma. Espero sigan creciendo en la plataforma y logren cumplir sus objetivos.
One of my favorites is @tibaire, without a doubt she supported me from the beginning, she is an excellent amigurumi designer, by the way I still have the green bunny that she made for my daughter when she was sick, I also have the pleasure of finding @inici-arte for positioning her personal brand, she makes great needlework. @ambarvegas for his creativity and support to the different communities @naty16 for his constancy in the platform. 5.- ¿Te gustaría formar parte de algún proyecto o comunidad? - si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué. / Would you like to be part of a project or community? - If the answer is yes, explain why.
Por supuesto me gustaría formar parte de un proyecto donde las personas puedan posicionar sus marcas, que sean mas viables, motivando al emprendimiento de distintas áreas, logrando el constante crecimiento en la plataforma. En cuanto a las comunidades apoyaría a la comunidad de #MakeupPower existe muchas personas con gran potencial, no es solo crear el maquillaje sino el escribir paso a paso, además que esto implica mantener un cuidado en la piel para evitar daños a posibles alergias a químicos.
Of course I would like to be part of a project where people can position their brands, making them more viable, motivating entrepreneurship in different areas, achieving constant growth on the platform. As for the communities I would support the community of #MakeupPower there are many people with great potential, it is not just creating makeup but writing step by step, plus this involves maintaining skin care to avoid damage to possible allergies to chemicals.
6.- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente? / What do you enjoy most about Hive for constantly creating content?
Me encanta poder mostrar mi marca personal @decocuchi2020, debido a la pandemia aprendí mucho sobre arreglos en globos, recibí el apoyo de mi cuñado, puedo mostrar mis talentos en el arte de la costura, me considero una persona integral, así que el crear contenido despierta muchas ideas en mí, me he entusiasmado mucho en el mundo del maquillaje, tanto que he realizado el curso de automaquillaje, me favoreció porque aprendí de muchas técnicas. Espero seguir creciendo en esta hermosa plataforma descentralizada como lo es HIVE.
I love being able to show my personal brand @decocuchi2020, due to the pandemic I learned a lot about balloon arrangements, I received the support of my brother in law, I can show my talents in the art of sewing, I consider myself an integral person, so creating content awakens many ideas in me, I have been very excited in the world of makeup, so much so that I have taken the course of automatic makeup, it favored me because I learned many techniques. I hope to continue growing in this beautiful decentralized platform such as HIVE.
7.- ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas? / Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
La constancia lo es todo, las ballenas actuales cumplen con las funciones exitosamente, agradezco el trabajo realizado por @ocd con respecto a la curación semanal, donde empezó por tocar aquellas comunidades pequeñas, incentivándolos a través de las votación a los concursantes de cada comunidad, además motiva aquellas personas que compartes las publicaciones en las redes como twitter y en la Discord, crea conciencia de las etiquetas a utilizar para cada comunidad y publicación. Espero que aquellas personas que quieran seguir creciendo, fortalezcan su inversión y lleguen a ser ballenas tan necesarias para la plataforma de HIVE.
The constancy is everything, the current whales fulfill the functions successfully, I appreciate the work done by @ocd regarding the weekly healing, where he began by touching those small communities, encouraging them through the voting contestants of each community, also motivates those people who share the publications in networks like twitter and Discord, creates awareness of the tags to use for each community and publication. I hope that those who want to continue to grow, strengthen their investment and become whales so necessary for the HIVE platform.

Si me gustaría participar en mi ciudad, aunque soy un poco penosa, pero cuando se trata de colaborar y crecer tanto personal como profesional allí estoy, así que mi respuesta es afirmativa.
I would like to participate in my city, although I am a bit lame, but when it comes to collaborate and grow both personally and professionally I am there, so my answer is yes.
