Hoy quiero sumarme a la iniciativa creada por @josdelmi, la cual tituló " haz una cita contigo mismo", nos invita a hablar un poco sobre si mismo, lo que a veces se vuelve algo complejo, sin embargo me encanta, porque es una manera de realizar una autoevaluación y de alguna manera conocerme un poco más y compartir con ustedes un poco de mi. Espero que les guste.

Today I want to join the initiative created by @josdelmi, which he entitled "make an appointment with yourself", invites us to talk a little about himself, which sometimes becomes complex, however I love it, because it is a way to carry out a self-evaluation and somehow get to know me a little more and share with you a little bit of me.

1)_ Que tanto te quieres?
1) _ How much do you love yourself?
Considero que me quiero mucho. El amor tiene que comenzar por quererse uno mismo, el amor propio, valorandome, queriéndome respetándome y aceptandome tal cual como soy, pienso que esto es la base fundamental para sentirme bien y asi nadie te podría robar tu paz interior.
En particular yo me adoro, le doy gracias a Dios siempre por el ser que soy, trato de cuidar tanto mi salud mental como física así estoy de lo mejor cada día porque cuando uno se ama y sabe el concepto como tal,es ahí donde tú puedes amar al prójimo y mantener relaciones equilibradas desde el amor propio.
I think I love myself very much. Love has to start by loving yourself, self-love, valuing myself, loving me, respecting me and accepting me as I am, I think that this is the fundamental basis to feel good and thus no one could steal your inner peace.
In particular I adore myself, I always thank God for the being that I am, I try to take care of both my mental and physical health so I am at the best every day because when you love yourself and know the concept as such, that is where you you can love your neighbor and maintain balanced relationships from self-love.

Guaooo, es aqui donde digo que afortunada de ser como soy; también que debo valorar cada minuto de mi vida, que el tiempo está pasando y ya no soy la misma adolescente de ayer, que ya estoy más adulta, que debo cuidarme,también aprecio mis cualidades y me digo a mi misma que esa persona que tengo al frente es la amiga que siempre está conmigo, que la opinión que me debe importar es la que tengo al frente de el espejo, también de estar más linda cada día, que la vida es una sola y la debo valorar, disfrutar al máximo.
Wow, this is where I say how lucky I am to be; also that I must value every minute of my life, that time is passing and I am no longer the same adolescent as yesterday, that I am now more adult, that I must take care of myself, I also appreciate my qualities and tell myself that this person I have in front is the friend who is always with me, that the opinion that should matter to me is the one I have in front of the mirror, also of being more beautiful every day, that life is one and I must value it, enjoy it to the fullest.
3)_ Soy feliz con la vida que llevo?

Sí, estoy en el lugar que merezco y soy muy afortunada, valoro y disfruto lo que me regala la vida todo lo maravilloso que está por venir. Considero que uno crea su felicidad y si tú estás bien todo está a la perfección.
Yes, I am in the place that I deserve and I am very lucky, I value and enjoy what life gives me, all the wonderful things that are to come. I consider that one creates his happiness and if you are well everything is perfectly.
