Una de las redes sociales que más frecuento a diario es Instagram, me encanta ver historias, las fotos de las personas que sigo, pero lo que más disfruto y en dónde más tiempo me paso es en la pestaña de explorar.
Claro, todo esto depende de tu algoritmo de Instagram y de las cosas que frecuentas o suelas buscar/ver.
One of the social networks that I frequent daily is Instagram, I love to see stories, photos of the people I follow, but what I enjoy the most and where I spend more time is in the explore tab.

Es por eso que hoy voy a mencionar 4 de mis cuentas favoritas que siento que merecen mérito, ya que aportan cosas bastante buenas para dicho consumo en la plataforma.
That's why today I'm going to mention 4 of my favorite accounts that I feel deserve merit, as they bring pretty good things to said consumption on the platform.

Esta cuenta es de una creadora digital, se basa en hacer dibujos bonitos, simples y estéticos a la vista que nos dejan siempre un mensaje motivacional, que nos ayuda a recordar el amor propio o a entender la importancia de la salud emocional.
Soy amante de ver este tipo de contenido en ig, que nos ayuda a mejorar y nos recuerda que hasta en los peores momentos siempre podemos.

This account is from a digital creator, it is based on making beautiful drawings, simple and aesthetic to the eye that always leave us with a motivational message, which helps us to remember self-love or to understand the importance of emotional health.
I love to see this kind of content on ig, which helps us to improve and reminds us that even in the worst moments we can always do it.

Es como en su biografía menciona "un espacio para hablar de ti y de tu salud mental". Esta cuenta es un poco relacionada con la anterior, y es que para mí la salud mental es igual o hasta más importante que la física. Está cuenta en cada uno de sus posts nos deja frases, ya sea afirmaciones, mensajes positivos o de autoayuda, nos habla de los lenguajes de amor propio, ansiedad y diversos temas. Una de mis imágenes favoritas dice "deja de compararte con lo que ves en Internet".

Cómo muchos ya saben, las redes e internet nos sirven muchísimo también para aprender, y en esta ocasión quería recomendarles esta cuenta que me gusta muchísimo a la hora de aprender algunas cositas del idioma inglés. Ya que Ainoa la chica que maneja este Instagram lo hace de una forma súper dinámica, a través de imágenes y divertidas y también resuelve algunas dudas de temas en específicos mediante la opción de Reels.

Esta cuenta es para l@s amantes del skincare. Es de una chica cosmetóloga y maquilladora profesional, da unos consejos buenísimos para el cuidado del rostro, desde cosas que debes hacer, hasta malos hábitos. También he visto algunos truquitos para el cabello. Y todo es súper dinámico también, ya que lo hace mediante Reels de igual forma.

This account is for skincare lovers. It belongs to a professional cosmetologist and makeup artist, she gives great tips for facial care, from things you should do, to bad habits. I've also seen some great tips for hair. And everything is super dynamic too, since she does it through Reels as well.
Y estas son las 4 cuentas que les quería mostrar el día de hoy, de igual forma me gustaría que las personas que logren leer este post hagan lo mismo y puedan recomendarme alguna de sus cuentas favoritas que sienten que aportan algo súper chévere a la plataforma.
