At the top of Europe

The Jungfaujoch is a highlight at the top of a wonderful snow world in the UNESCO World Heritage of Swiss Alps, located at 3466 m above sea level on the border between the cantons of Bern and Valais.

A comfortable cable car takes you to the summit every half hour.
The most expensive part of the journey is from Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch, the normal ticket costs over 120 francs.

At the Top you can enjoy breathtaking views from the Sphinx vantage teracee, the Aletsch Glacier an in to Italy, France and Germany.

In the ice Palace you can admire enchanting scluptures in crystal clear ice.

Charlie Chaplin, sculpted in ice by the British sculptor John Doubleday.Charlie Chaplin, came to Switzerland in 1952 and he remained here forever. Chaplin found a house with a view of Lake Geneva, the Alps and the vineyards and has charmed him for the rest of his life.
