Tal vez no sea mucho, pero toda opinión constructiva que ayude a mejorar a un usuario de HIVE valdrá más que todo el dinero del mundo.

La idea es que haya una retroalimentación y una ayuda mutua entre los pequeños peces de esta plataforma.
• Usa la etiqueta #Minnowinitiative al comentar la publicación de un determinado Hiver, e invítalo a usar la etiqueta en sus siguientes posts.
• Sigue al usuario y rastrea sus publicaciones: la ayuda siempre será necesaria, entonces ¿Por qué debe terminar cuando termina una iniciativa? Esto es un error. La idea de esta iniciativa es que sea permanente. Para ello, sigue al usuario y mantente atento a sus Post. Guíalo e instrúyelo constantemente, cada aspecto cuenta.
• Crea tu propio cardumen de Hivers: Esta sería una idea fantástica. Crea una publicación semanal destacando las mejoras de los usuarios a los que decidiste ayudar, y dónde puedas interactuar con ellos. Puede ser al estilo “café virtual” ese espacio donde nos conocemos más y hacemos nuevos amigos por internet.
Cada cardumen tendría su propio estilo de retroalimentación, es decir, debe haber una interacción constante entre todos sus usuarios. Debe haber un guía, quien será aquel pez que recolecte a la mayor cantidad de pececillos posibles. Cada semana se presenta a un nuevo Hivers y así. De esta manera se contribuye a la interacción dentro de los usuarios de la red, lo que ayudará a destacar a cada uno de los peces del cardumen.

• Escribe un comentario en esta publicación invitando a otros usuarios: mientras más seamos, mucho mejor.
¿Te gustaría una comunidad donde el curador seas tú? Es decir, dónde los pececillos podamos ser los líderes, dónde se destaque más el apoyo a Hivers en cuanto a la creación de contenido y la ayuda mutua. ¡Sería genial! La idea consistiría en que un determinado pececillo escriba en la comunidad, y una gran cantidad de pececillos interactúe con él, dándole sus opiniones y consejos que lo ayuden a mejorar.
La comunidad también serviría para responder a preguntas de nuevos usuarios que entiendan poco sobre HIVE y su funcionamiento, y como buenos pececillos que somos, estaremos dispuestos a responder a sus dudas. También haríamos eventos con temáticas mixtas, dónde el debate esté sobre la mesa. Y haríamos muchísimas cosas más. Por ahora esto es una propuesta, todo depende de tu opinión al respecto.
