Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of suji or rawa cheela . It is a simple and very quick breakfast. It is perfect for weight loss. So without wasting our time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Suji- half cup
-Yogurt- 2 tbsp
-Carrot- half of medium size
-Onion- 1 medium size
-Tomato- half
-Coriander leaves
-Green chilli- 2
-Turmeric powder- 1/4th tsp
-Red chilli powder- 1/4th tsp
-Chat masala- half tsp
-Salt- according to your taste

There are many health benefits of eating suji. Suji is a balanced food which provide energy. It helps to boost immune system. It is perfect for weight loss. It helps to boost immune system. Eating carrots provides a healthy glow to the skin. It works good for maintaining our digestive health. It is great for eye health also. It contains anti bacterial properties. Eating curd helps in weight loss. It provides healthy and shiny hair . It provides relief from constipation.

Method:

-First we will grate the carrot and keep it aside
-Then we will cut the onions, green chilli , coriander leaves and tomato and keep it aside
-For making cheela we will take suji and add yogurt to it and mix very well
-Then we will add the grated carrot and mix well
-After that we will add the onions, tomato, coriander leaves and green chilli and mix well
-We will add salt and chat masala and add little water to make a thick batter
-After the batter is ready we will heat the oil in medium flame
-Then add the batter and spread it like dosa
-Let it cook in low flame for 10mins then turn the side and cook the other side as well in low flame
