In the pan; How to Make Delicious Mini Roll Pastry with Zucchini + Carrot at Home?

Today I prepared a delicious mini roll pastry with zucchini + carrot for you. I wanted to prepare a pastry type for breakfast on vacation. We bought zucchini and carrots recently, and I first prepared a mortar using these ingredients. The mortar we will make is extremely simple, I can say that the hardest part of this mini roll pastry is the stage we shape. It is not very difficult to prepare the mortar and dough. I said I was on vacation and I don't have a mini oven or microwave here so I had to do it in a pan. But you can get a more delicious mini roll pastry by cooking it at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients to be Used for Dumpling Prepared with Zucchini + Carrot:

  • 2 squash, 2 carrots

  • Half a glass of oil

  • 1 egg, 1 glass of milk

  • Half a teaspoon of granulated sugar and a teaspoon of salt

  • 4 cups flour, 1.5 packs of baking powder

Making Stages:
First, we will start by making the mortar of the dough. Respectively; Let's add the egg, oil and milk to a plate. Then add sugar, baking powder, salt and flour to the plate. Let's mix it well with our hands, after the dough becomes thick, cover it and wait for 15 minutes. Now we will make the internal mortar of the pastry. Peel the shells of 2 zucchini and 2 carrots, cut into small pieces and make a very very small mortar in a food processor. I tried to prepare as little mortar as possible with the help of a knife. Then take a piece of dough and add zucchini + carrot. To give a roll shape; Hold the dough from the bottom and combine it with the top of the dough. Do the same until all the mortar is finished and bake in a pan or oven (180 degrees). Mini Roll Pastry Ready!
