Today, I will tell you how to cook delicious olives with tomato paste at breakfast. Today was my son's day on vacation and there were 250 grams of black olives at home. I thought about what I could do with this olive and prepared such a recipe. I prepared it using black olives, but you can also prepare it using green olives or a different variety of olives. I used curry sauce, chili peppers and black pepper as spices. We will prepare it by cooking it in a pan for 10 minutes. You can spread it on bread at breakfast and eat it.
Ingredients for Making Roasted Olive:
- 250 grams of olives
- 2 spoons of tomato paste and vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and black pepper
- Pomegranate syrup and garlic (optional)
Making Stages:
Firstly, add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan and then, if you are going to use garlic, cut it small and add it. After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add the tomato paste. I cook the tomato paste until it dissolves, if you add half a glass of water, you can melt the tomato paste more easily. Optionally, pomegranate syrup is also the main. Finally, add the seeds, olives and spices to the pan. After cooking another 5 minutes, the olive roast is ready!
