Qué maravilloso, saludable y renovador es pasear en bicicleta, sensación de libertad, adrenalina y energía. Respirar aire puro, ese olor tan rico a naturaleza, a sabana, a llano, a mi Linda Barinas. El cantar de los pájaros, el ganado, caballos, búfalos y variedad de majestuosos árboles qué son propios de nuestro llano. Mis ojos se deleitan con las bellezas que conforman el sector Pagüecito de mi estado llanero.
En este paseo, disfrute de la grata compañía; de mis amigos @pedroerami y @yerf2712 .Un clima sabrosoooooo nos acompañó. Ya que tempranito había llovido y estaba fresco el ambiente. Nos gozamos el recorrido, contemplamos el camino en conexión con el presente, con nuestro SER y en atención consciente.
Cuándo somos capaces de sentir AMOR y GRATITUD, por la abundancia de la madre Tierra, la sensación de plenitud y gozo es indescriptible es una voz, tu yo interior; que grita alegre graciassss por este momento.
Tu mente, tu cuerpo, tu corazón están en sincronía total, para rendir en un recorrido de más de 4horas. Con paradas cortas para recargar baterías y seguir rodando; haciendo auto observación de las condiciones físicas, aprendiendo para seguir disfrutando de nuevos paseos.
Llena de energía y vitalidad, continuo haciendo una las actividades que me gustan. Gracias por el regalo de la salud, que me permite experienciar y disfrutar mi cuerpo físico, mental y espiritual.

How wonderful, healthy and renewing it is to ride a bike, feeling of freedom, adrenaline and energy. Breathing fresh air, that rich smell of nature, savannah, plain, my Linda Barinas. The singing of the birds, the cattle, horses, buffaloes and a variety of majestic trees that are typical of our plains. My eyes are delighted with the beauties that make up the Pagüecito sector of my plains state.
In this ride, I enjoyed the pleasant company of my friends @pedroerami and @yerf2712 .A sabrosoooooo weather accompanied us. Since it had rained early and the atmosphere was cool. We enjoyed the ride, we contemplated the road in connection with the present, with our BEING and in conscious attention.
