Esta es mi experiencia donde se recrea formas de vida propias y ancestrales del campesino en las montañas de *San Casimiro Estado Aragua Venezuela y se caracteriza por su Alto potencial agrícola, agroindustrial y agro turístico. Espero que lo expresado a lo largo del presente Post sea motivador para abrir discusiones.
This is my experience where I recreate the ancestral ways of life of the farmer in the mountains of *San Casimiro Aragua State Venezuela and is characterized by its high agricultural, agro-industrial and agro-tourism potential. I hope that what I have expressed in this post will be motivating to open discussions.
Hay toda una cantidad de saberes en las comunidades campesinas que todas sus actividades cotidianas de siembra, cría y alimentación conlleva una vinculación con el entorno y con la tierra, en donde se teje una relación simbiótica que han aprendido al pie de sus padres o lo han descubierto en su proceso empírico.
Quiero comenzar por algo bastante curioso, cuando uno ve como se cuela el café y ve la tradicional bolsa de tela a la cual se le echa el café y luego se le vierte el agua caliente para obtener el zumo de café, se puede decir que es el proceso normal y más tradicional usado por la inmensa mayoría de nosotros; cuando estaba en casa de los padres de un tío político vi como tomaron su lata de estas comunes y corrientes que uno trae del mercado, la lleno de agua y la coloco sobre un fogón de leña el agua al hervir le coloco café e inmediatamente tomo un trozo de la madera caliente del fogón lo metió dentro de la lata y automáticamente todo el café se fue fondo del *canto , esa es una ley física descubierta empíricamente por los campesinos de altísima importancia tomar café claro transparente sin una sola brizna de café.
There is a whole amount of knowledge in the peasant communities that all their daily activities of planting, breeding and feeding entail a link with the environment and with the land, where a symbiotic relationship is woven that they have learned from their parents or that they have discovered in their empirical process.
I want to begin with something quite curious, when one sees how coffee is brewed and sees the traditional cloth bag into which the coffee is poured and then hot water is poured to obtain the coffee juice, it can be said that this is the normal and most traditional process used by the immense majority of us; When I was in the house of the parents of an uncle-in-law I saw how they took his can of these commparteson and current that one brings from the market, filled it with water and placed it on a firewood stove the water when boiling I put coffee and immediately took a piece of the hot wood of the stove put it inside the can and automatically all the coffee went to the bottom of the *canto, that is a physical law discovered empirically by the peasants of very high importance to drink clear transparent coffee without a single coffee leaf.
Unos días más tarde estaba con mi padre; en una casa de alojamiento muy cercana a la casa de los tíos quise hacer el café tal como anteriormente les había relatado, al de intentar colocar el tizón de madera caliente al agua con café, un campesino de la zona el Sr. Graterol me dice: “compañerito es más fácil es echarle agua fría”; tomo una taza de agua fría y antes de verterla en el café dijo “En el nombre el padre, del hijo y del espíritu santo” y todo el cafépartes que había colocado en la olla se fue al fondo de la misma.Como pueden leer son dos mecanismos opuesto agua fría o un tizón de madera caliente, antes esa observaciones llegaban a mi mente interrogante de como pueden los campesinos haber descubierto que esos dos mecanismos que le permitían poder tomar café sin la necesidad de un colador, esto es parte de ese conocimiento ancestral y popular del campesino.
A few days later I was with my father; in a lodging house very close to the house of the uncles I wanted to make coffee as I had previously told you, at the moment of trying to place the hot wooden stove to the water with coffee, a farmer of the area, Mr. Graterol, told me: "compañero, it is easier to pour cold water"; I took a cup of cold water and before pouring it in the coffee he said: "In the name of the father, the son and the spirit of God". He took a cup of cold water and before pouring it into the coffee he said "In the name of the father, the son and the holy spirit" and all the coffee that he had put in the pot went to the bottom of the pot. As you can read there are two opposite mechanisms, cold water or a woopartesden stove, before these observations came to my mind questioning how the farmers could have discovered these two mechanisms that allowed them to drink coffee without the need of a strainer, this is part of the ancestral and popular knowledge of the farmer.
Otra cosa que descubrí con los campesinos es que se podía hervir agua y cocinar es vasos de papel. Hagan la prueba, cocinen huevos en agua, sin necesidad de tener una olla y mientras no se evapore el contenido de agua que tenga él envase, no habrá combustión, tal vez lo que podrá quemar serán los bordes del envase pero no se quema donde está el contenido, estas son experiencias extraordinarias de los campesinos y su física milenaria.
En un contexto de ideas, los campesinos deben mucho de lo aprendido a Las mujeres, ella tiene un rol silencioso, pero central en el manejo y uso sostenible de todos los recursos que soportan la vida. Su relación con el ambiente es holística, multidimensional, productiva y * Sorosa. El conocimiento local de los procesos y recursos naturales, mayoritariamente ha sido transmitido de generación en generación por las mujeres.El rol de las mujeres en el uso de la tierra ha sido esencial, abarcando no solamente la producción de alimentos, sino también la provisión de agua; cuando el olor de las flores se acentúa en los campos es para ella importante tomar las previsiones por conocimiento generacional ya saben que va a llover, y cuando las aguas se ponen turbia o pantanosa por la crecida del río poner a decantar en agua de una manera muy sencilla como es agregarle trozos de *cardón y todo lo pantanoso o sucio del agua va al fondo dejando el agua cristalina nuevamente.
Another thing I discovered with the farmers is that you could boil water and cook in paper cups. Do the test, cook eggs in water, without the need of having a pot and as long as the water content of the container does not evaporate, there will be no combustion, maybe what may burn will be the edges of the container but it does not burn where the content is, these are extraordinary experiences of the peasants and their millenary physics.
In a context of ideas, farmers owe much of what they have learned to women, she has a silent but central role in the management and sustainable use of all resources that support life. Their relationship with the environment is holistic, multidimensional, productive and * Sorosa. Local knowledge of natural processes and resources has mostly been transmitted from generation to generation by women. The role of women in the use of the land has been essential, covering not only the production of food, but also the provision of water; when the smell of flowers is accentuated in the fields it is important for her to take the precautions by generational knowledge and they already know that it is going to rain, and when the waters become turbid or swampy by the flood of the river to put to decant in water in a very simple way as it is to add pieces of *cardon and everything swampy or dirty of the water goes to the bottom leaving the crystalline water again.
Me despido nuevamente con palabras de la profesora (Esperanza Gómez 2009) “... a limpiar la mirada, es decir, a mirar con otros ojos, quizá más abiertos, el panorama que desde la sencillez de la vida cotidiana nos han ofrecido desde hace muchas décadas mujeres y hombres que con su trabajo, goce y dolor construyen saberes y modos de vida, los cuales hacemos visibles como voces que esperamos sean escuchadas: les invitamos a salirse un poco del camino seguro que como única vía hemos transitado torpemente, aunque con muy buena intensión”
