Saludos hivers, bienvenidos a mi blog de recetas con sabor a hogar, les envío un fuerte abrazo y un cordial saludo. Para el día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa carne desmechada la cual serví con arroz y papas fritas. Les confieso que el trabajo de desmechar la carne no me gusta pero me tomo el trabajo de hacerlo porque me encanta la carne desmechada y casi siempre aparto un poco para preparar algunas arepas o empanadas, sin más preámbulo vamos a preparar esta receta y como siempre les digo cuando se cocina con amor todo queda sabroso. > Greetings hivers, welcome to my blog of recipes with a taste of home, I send you a big hug and a warm greeting. Vamos a comenzar colocando la carne en una olla profunda, agregar litro y medio de agua, sal al gusto. Cocinar hasta que la carne ablande, de ser necesario añadir más agua a la olla en caso de que no haya ablandado la carne. Paso/Step 2:

Colocar la carne en la olla donde quedó un poco del caldo donde se cocinó. Cortar un tomate, media cebolla y medio pimentón en trozos y añadir a la carne. > Place the meat in the pot where a little of the broth where it was cooked was left. Prueba la sazón y de ser necesario añade sal al gusto, recuerda que la carne se cocinó con sal y no es necesario añadir mucha.
