En un recipiente separe las claras y las yemas las reserve, después batí las claras por 5 minuto hasta montarlas las claras

In a bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks, then beat the egg whites for 5 minutes until the whites are whipped.
Incorpore poco a poco las 12 cucharadas de azúcar.
Gradually stir in the 12 tablespoons of sugar.
Mientras batí las yemas y la azúcar coloque en una taza de azúcar con media de agua en un molde para quesillo pequeño.
While I beat the egg yolks and sugar, place them in a cup of sugar with half a cup of water in a small cheese mold.
Reserve el merengue hasta que el caramelo obtuviera la consistencia deseada, se cubrió toda la parte del molde con el caramelo.

Incorpore el merengue en el molde caramelizado lo lleve al horno a baño de maría por un tiempo de 30 minuto.

Luego de haber pasado los 30 minutos lo voltie en un plato y asi me quedo este rico postre con tan solo 2 ingredientes .
