Hello hello Hivers!
Curry is a combination of spices that delights and seduces many palates, which mine does not escape either, a friend brought me one from Trinidad and Tobago which is luxurious and I want to add it to almost everything I cook, but I don't want it to end either.
I invite you to join me in preparing a delicious chicken to curry, talk no more and get to work.
½ kg de pollo picado en piezas pequeñas
3 papas medianas
1 ½ taza de caldo de vegetales
1 cucharada de curry
1 ramita de cebollín
1 ramita de apio
1 cucharadita de Jengibre rayado
2 ajíes picantes
Pimienta negra
2 dientes de ajo
Sal al gusto
Aceite
½ kg of chicken minced into small pieces
3 medium potatoes
1 ½ cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon curry
1 sprig of chives
1 sprig of celery
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 hot peppers
Black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Oil
🍜 While the chicken is marinating, we cut all the dressings and then we fry it and add salt and pepper to taste.
When the seasonings are soft we add the chicken to seal it, and then we add the potatoes cut into medium cubes (I love it with a lot of potato) and the vegetable broth, cover the pot and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes, we must stir occasionally, taking care that it does not burn.
