Saludos, comunidad de @gems. Hoy deseo compartir con ustedes una pequeña historia de mi autoría, que tiene como objetivo hacernos meditar sobre la importancia que tenemos para nuestros padres.
Hace unos años, en una ciudad muy lejana, vivía un joven llamado Arturo, quien tenía la intención de constituir una empresa de distribución de víveres, pero no tenía los recursos ni los conocimientos para hacerlo.
Un día, el padre del Arturo, se le acercó y le preguntó por qué estaba afligido, respondiendo Arturo que no encontraba la forma de iniciar con la actividad económica que siempre le había apasionado. Su papá, sin decir nada, se retiró hacia su habitación.
Al día siguiente, Arturo recibió una llamada de un hombre que le ofrecía venderle un camión a crédito, con seis meses de gracia, es decir, Arturo comenzaría a pagar el precio del camión al séptimo mes. Unas horas después, Arturo recibió otra llamada, pero esta vez de un hombre que le ofrecía un local en arrendamiento, con seis meses de gracia también.
La noche de ese día, Arturo recibió otra llamada, pero ahora era una mujer que le ofrecía una gran serie de productos alimenticios y suplementos vitamínicos, también con seis de meses de gracia para pagar, y por último, llamó un hombre ofreciéndole el mobiliario necesario para iniciar su negocio.
Ante esas situaciones, Arturo fue donde su padre y le comentó acerca de las tres llamadas, recibiendo como respuesta: Yo se, porque hablé con ellos y les pedí que te ayudaran. Arturo quedó sorprendido que su papá arriesgara su reputación y su patrimonio para ayudarlo, por lo que le ofreció hacerlo su socio, pero su papá se negó, diciéndole: Si prosperas, yo prospero contigo, y si eres feliz, yo también lo soy.
La respuesta de su padre hizo que Arturo se motivara más a crecer como empresario, pagando sus deudas primero y luego comprando las cosas que necesitaba para levantar su propia familia.
Cuando los hijos de Arturo se hicieron adultos, deseaban ser comerciantes como su padre, por lo que Arturo fue con su papá a comentarle, recibiendo como respuesta: Recuerda cómo te ayudé cuando deseabas comenzar y no sabías, ahora es tu turno.
Quiero decirte que hoy es tu turno de transmitir las buenas cosas que tus padres te enseñaron, de ser un buen ejemplo a seguir por esta y las siguientes generaciones, para que todos los que te sigan prosperen y ayuden a prosperar. Seamos de los que construyen.

Faced with these situations, Arturo went to his father and told him about the three calls, receiving as an answer: I know, because I talked to them and asked them to help you. Arturo was surprised that his father would risk his reputation and his patrimony to help him, so he offered to make him his partner, but his father refused, telling him: If you prosper, I prosper with you, and if you are happy, I am happy too.
His father's response made Arturo more motivated to grow as an entrepreneur, paying off his debts first and then buying the things he needed to raise his own family.
When Arturo's children became adults, they wanted to be businessmen like their father, so Arturo went to his father to tell him, receiving as an answer: Remember how I helped you when you wanted to start and didn't know, now it's your turn.
I want to tell you that today it is your turn to pass on the good things your parents taught you, to be a good example for this and the following generations to follow, so that all those who follow you will prosper and help to prosper. Let us be of those who build.
