¡Hola amigos! Energy Refill es una iniciativa que me ha gustado participar desde hace un tiempo. Cada semana nuestra querida @tripode, nos aporta una frase para tomar una pausa de nuestro día y simplemente reflexionar sobre ella para así, llenar nuestra alma de vibras positivas y amenas emociones. La frase de la semana fue la siguiente:

Every week our dear one @tripode , gives us a phrase to take a moment of our day and simply reflect on it so that we fill our soul with positive vibrations and pleasant emotions. The phrase of the week was the following:

Cada día es una nueva oportunidad para amar, reír, llorar, aprender, en otras palabras, una nueva oportunidad para simplemente vivir. Nadie nace aprendido y para mí, las experiencias de la vida no son tan diferentes de una investigación científica, te preguntarás, ¿Cómo pueden ser similares? Bueno, la vida es ensayo y error, al igual que un estudio científico, muchas de las experiencias que nos quedan por vivir o que hemos experimentado han sido buenas pero otras nos dejan duras lecciones y desafortunadamente tenemos que experimentarlas por nuestra cuenta, para aprender de ellas y no cometer errores en el futuro.

Every day is a new opportunity to love, laugh, cry, learn, in other words, a new opportunity to simply live. No one is born learned and for me, life experiences are not that different from scientific research, you may ask, how can they be similar? Well, life is trial and error, just like a scientific study, many of the experiences that we have left to live or that we have experienced have been good but others leave us with hard lessons and unfortunately we have to experience them on our own, to learn from them and not make mistakes in the future.

En mi país rezan a menudo un refrán: "El que no oye consejos no llega a viejo", es decir, muchas veces la familia y los amigos nos cuentan esas anécdotas de experiencias difíciles que han tenido que afrontar y luego se convierten en portavoces de la prevención; a través de sus historias, conseguimos experimentarlas y en cierto modo vivirlas, dejando en nuestra conciencia algo así como un manual de qué hacer o qué evitar para no cometer los mismos errores.

In my country a saying is often quoted: "He who does not listen to advice does not age", that is, many times family and friends tell us those anecdotes of difficult experiences they have had to face and then become spokespersons for prevention; through their stories, we manage to experience them and in a way live them, leaving in our conscience something like a manual of what to do or what to avoid so as not to make the same mistakes.

Y creo que de eso se trata la frase de esta semana, tenemos que vivir la vida a nuestra manera, en nuestro tiempo, sin olvidar que somos seres humanos y por lo tanto no somos perfectos, y está bien equivocarse en ciertos momentos, lo importante es aprender de esas experiencias, para no cometer el mismo error dos veces; además de aprender a vivir las historias de los errores cometidos por nuestra madre, nuestro padre, nuestros abuelos, nuestros amigos, porque no tendrás tiempo de experimentarlos tú mismo, porque estoy seguro de que evitarás que te sucedan.

And I think that's what this week's sentence is about, we have to live life in our own way, in our own time, without forgetting that we are human beings and therefore not perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes at certain times, the important thing is to learn from those experiences, so as not to make the same mistake twice; besides learning to live the stories of the mistakes made by our mother, our father, our grandparents, our friends, because you won't have time to experience them yourself, because I'm sure you will prevent them from happening to you.
